Hi, I'm looking for some nice people who would like to chat either online or in person. I'm just looking for friends not more than that I like going for walks, coffee, hanging out @ a park or home and just talking about whatever. I'm easygoing, nonjudgmental. I like going to the various festivals in town or other interesting events in town. I like following current affairs through print or through televised/online mediums. I also like watching various sports. I would be interested in learning about potentially fun activities or groups in town. Please message me if you can type a few sentences. I won't respond to one liners or "Interested, please contact me." I had many of those replies in the past and they were just time wasters. Thank you.

Do you have chronic health Issues that won't go away? I would love to help you!!
I am currently a student Spinal Flow practitioner who will be finishing school soon and looking to open my own private practice this summer in Medicine Hat. I am currently opening my waitlist. If you would like to be added, you can email spinalflowMH@hotmai.com with the subject line 'waitlist 2024" and provide me with your full name and phone number. For those of you who would like for information:....
Spinal Flow is a clinically proven healing technique that clears your body of stored stress and restores your nervous system function to allow the body to heal from chronic symptoms, pain, & illness.
Spinal Flow is a safe, gentle technique and is safe for ALL ages and in any health condition.
Stress is the number one cause of ALL chronic symptoms, pain, illness & disease. When our body is overloaded with too much stress, it actually gets stored in our spine; these areas of stored stress are called 'spinal blockages,' which impede the natural flow of your nervous system, therefore causing chronic symptoms.
In this state, our body CANNOT heal. This is why symptoms turn chronic, and when you try 'everything' to fix it, and nothing works - it's because you have spinal blockages causing disruption to your nervous system.Spinal Flow helps to move your body towards HEALING and a better quality of life.
Spinal Flow is done by using a very light touch on specific areas of the body called 'access points' - these access points communicate directly to your nervous system and restore its natural flow through your spine, reducing the spinal blockages (areas of stored stress), to allow the body to move toward health and healing from all chronic symptoms. If you have any questions, please email me at spinalflowMH@hotmail.com

I’m saddened to write this as we have been at our spot for the last 2+ years.. the owners have decided to officially sell the farm. We are two young, very hard working, dedicated people looking for somewhere new to call home. We live fulltime out of our 27ft fifth wheel with our four dogs, indoors cats, and 13 chickens. We have a 8 year old daughter who is with us on a part time basis. We own a landscaping and snow removal company, but would love to help out where ever needed. We are looking for a piece of land to rent near the Sherwood park or Beaumont area, to live, and save money for our own land. We haul our own water, and sewer. Power is not a must. Please reach out to me if you have anything that may be suitable for us. We are hoping to start the moving process as soon as possible. Thanks, picture of our set up over the summer.

We are three reputable musicians from other genres looking to try our hand at something new and fun. Currently we are writing as a three piece (guitar/vocals, lead guitar, and drums). Inspired by modern rock/punk rock bands like iron chic, Japandroids, the glorious sons, kings of leon, and foo figures to name a few.
We are all in our early 30’s and each have over 20 years playing our instruments and 10 years of recording and performing/touring experience with other bands. We are looking for someone around our age range with the same passion and desire to write, record, and perform music that we all can’t seem to get away from.
If this interest you, send a message or a text! No real recordings/demos yet other than some guitar scratch tracks but I can share low quality phone videos/recordings to get the idea across. You would be joining us in the writing stages with the intent of recording a full album later this year.
Cheers!

Hello my name is Melissa. My son, daughter in-law and 8 month old grandson. We are desperate to raise money for our rental house in cold lake so we can finally make the move for my job with the Canadian Armed Forces (civilian) and my son can play for the cold lake fighter jets and be able to start his job. We have been on this battle for sure a long time and feeling helpless. We are all living in separate place which are both over crowded and not a good place for use to be. We are asking for kindness and help so we can be a family again in the same house and town. Every little bit helps.
I know I repost this a lot. I’m desperate to get my family in a forever home since we got scared out of our last one. I don’t want us (Mike,Sky,and baby Knox) living in separate home in different towns. Every little bit helps. I don’t ask for much so I’m calling on my friends and family to please help in our time of need

Hi! Have you always wanted to learn to play piano, or improve your keyboarding skills? Here's an option to do that, in the comfort of your own home!!
My name is Susan, and I am a qualified, and very experienced instructor, with over 30 years of teaching experience, both in a private setting, and at the university level. I have taught students of all ages and levels of study. My education includes a BA (Mus), andMMus (Piano Performance).
I am accepting students of all ages (5 to 95), and all levels (beginner to advanced).*All lessons are online. I have been teaching online lessons for a few years now, and have found that my students have had great results with this format. I enjoy being able to share my love of music with students from so many different areas. I meet with my students online, once a week, for a 1/2 hr lesson. However, longer lesson lengths are available upon request. We will start where you're at, whether you are a beginner, or have had previous playing experience.
PRE-RECORDED lessons are available for those who can't commit to a regular lesson time, or prefer to learn on their own, and at their own pace. You benefit from having UNLIMITED ACCESS to the instruction, rather than just getting the instruction one time at a weekly lesson. Lessons are emailed to you in a video format, and each lesson covers the same amount of material as would be covered in a 1/2 hr individual lesson. *Extremely cost effective.
I look forward to the opportunity to assist you, or your child, in their musical journey.
Please contact me for more information.Rates: $34 for a 1/2 hr individual lesson
$10 per lesson for pre-recorded lessons
*45 minute and 1 hr lessons are also available if requested.
