I am a certified school teacher, powerskating certified, canskate certified, former hockey and ringette player, mother of 3 grown children offering private skating lessons to anyone learning to skate. The instruction is not for experienced skaters looking to improve stride, speed, etc. because instruction is done on public ice time and at times there are many skaters on the ice.
Your skater should be able to make their way across the width of the ice to benefit from instruction. Depending on the skill level of your skater I will provide one-on-one instruction, forward and backward skating, balance, stopping, turns, cross-overs etc. Instruction will be in Sherwood Park during public skate. $60 for 30 to 45 min. You also must pay for public skate entrance fee. Monday-Thursday starting at 4. Sat and Sun. 9AM-Noon.

Hi!
My name is Susan, and I am a qualified, and very experienced instructor, with over 30 years of teaching experience, both in a private setting, and at the university level. I have taught students of all ages and levels of study. My education includes a BA (Mus), andMMus (Piano Performance).
If you are wanting to learn to play the piano, or improve your keyboarding skills, I would love to help you, or your child, achieve those goals.
In the past couple of years I have started teaching virtually, and you may wonder if learning to play piano in this format is effective. The answer is YES! My students have had great results with remote lessons!.
I have found that in terms of musical growth, we can accomplish the same things online as we could in person. This includes the student/teacher relationship which is so important. On top of that, I really enjoy being able to share my love of music with students from so many different locations.
There are also the practical benefits to learning remotely such as the convenience of signing into lessons from home, the time and expense saved from not having to travel for lessons, etc etc.
If this sounds like something you may be interested in, I would love to chat with you about you, or your child, getting registered for lessons!
The lessons I offer are generally held once a week for a 1/2 hr, but 45 min and 1 hr long lessons are available
upon request.
Please contact me for more information.
I look forward to hearing from you!

I am writing to you today to bring a matter of significant concern to your attention regarding a fellow student and peer, Justin "Soncho" Austin.
The purpose of this correspondence is to provide transparency regarding ongoing legal proceedings and serious allegations involving Mr. Austin. It is important that a community dedicated to the betterment of society is informed of the conduct of its members, particularly when that conduct stands in direct opposition to the values of safety, integrity, and mutual respect.
On Tuesday, May 11th 2026, at 9:00 AM, a court hearing will take place to address a history of domestic grievances and harmful actions allegedly committed by Mr. Austin against my family. These include:
Coercive Conduct: Allegations of predatory behavior and the endangerment of a minor.
Domestic Volatility: Incidents involving harassment, the destruction of sentimental property, and unauthorized entry into a private residence.
Misuse of Public Resources: The filing of false reports that diverted law enforcement and emergency services away from legitimate needs.
We often speak of a legal system, but a true justice system relies on the collective conscience of a community. While the courts will handle the legal ramifications, the social and institutional standards of your college are upheld by you—the student leaders and peers.
I encourage you to consider this information as you continue to foster an environment of accountability and safety within your institution. We have the collective power to demand higher standards of conduct from those who represent our community.
Thank you for your time and for your commitment to a just society.
Sincerely,
Miranda Broadist

Hello,
we are trying to find a person for legal reasons. We have been provided phone number, address, and employer, but they have since been terminated from their employer, do not respond to any calls or texts, and we have not been able to get ahold of them at their address. We are hoping that this may be a way to help us find new information for them, with a big hope on finding their employer, so that we can reach him directly.
The man's name is Faami Ahmed, and he will be 33 on New Years Day. He was working at JBS, but was terminated in June 2025.
The reason we need to find this guy is that we have court papers to serve him. We had to go to court, but he refused not to show up, even laughing in our teen daughter's face when he was served, saying that there is nothing we could do, and nothing the courts can do. Well, we have papers from the court regarding a judgment, and he needs these for his records.
Where did this come from? Well, this person had sped through a playground area, smashed into my teen's car, pushed it up onto the sidewalk, wrote the car off, then drove off when a witness told them to go up to the house and inform my teen what happened. Fortunately, the witness followed this person and got their plate and where they drove to. We involved police and this person gave insurance information, but it was not valid. The police did not bother to check on the insurance status. Without the insurance, this left my teen without a vehicle, as she only had liability, as most teens do. Additionally, she was stranded in Brooks with needing to return to Lethbridge for school. The driver returned later that day in one of his other vehicles to view the damage and a promise to pay, but then he refused later on.
After I argued with police for nearly a month, they finally looked into the lack of insurance. I also pushed them to look into the fact that the guy fled the scene and only returned after police located him. With a little pushing, they finally agreed to lay charges of hit and run and driving with no insurance. So, when the driver went to court and plead guilty to the charges, we served him with court papers. He and his friend laughed and said they don't need to show up and the courts couldn't do anything. I now know the reason he thinks this is because this was not the first time this guy has been charged and found guilty of driving with no insurance. He has multiple convictions and has not paid the court for these.
We ended up winning a judgement, although it didn't cover even half what we paid for the car. So, we thought maybe we can make a post in various places, seeking information from the public. Maybe someone will know where he works so we can bring him the papers.
If anyone is able to help us, we would be extremely grateful. We can not afford to hire anyone to search for him. This is our next best option.
Thank you,
-

Join me for a Spring Equinox Seance, an open Psychic Medium Group Reading, in Canmore, AB., on Saturday, March 21st, 2026, at 2:30 PM MST! The Spring Equinox is a time of newness and fresh beginnings, so it is a great time for a Seance and Energy Cleanse! The Equinox is on March 20th this year, however, the Spring Equinox energy will still be strong in the 2-3 days afterwards, so join me for a Seance on Saturday afternoon!
Hello! My name is Patricia Marie K, and I am a Clairvoyant Psychic Medium, and I have been doing Readings for people for over 34 years now, starting as a teenager when I learned how to read Tarot cards, do Palmistry, Astrology, and Tea Leaves, doing Readings for friends and family, and their friends! I started doing Readings for the public in 2012. I love Reading for groups as well, and the open group Readings that I do are always amazing, the sharing and energy and validations of Spirit are incredible!
This open group Mediumship Reading of up to 7 people will start at 2:30 PM MST, and will run for about 2 hours, perhaps slightly over, until just after 4:30 PM MST, and will include a brief Introduction to my Psychic abilities, and how they work, and a wrap up and brief question period at the end.
The format will be open – a Seance – so it will be up to the Spirits who want to come through, and what order they want to come through in. I am not the one deciding which Spirits come through, or in what order they come through in, but towards the end if we are missing someone important and running out of time, we can try to contact them directly (without telling me too much, of course).
With a small and intimate group size like this, everyone will be GUARANTEED some individual time during the Seance, and I will try to make how much time I spend with everyone as fair and equal as possible! Everyone will get about 10-15 minutes each of individual Reading time, which means that you’ll get an In Person Reading with me for less than my normal 20 Minute In Person rate (which is normally $85 each).
The regular price for each ticket for this event is $65 per person, or $122 for a pair of tickets, with an Early Bird Price of $60 each, if you book your spot before 9 PM MST on Monday, March 9th, 2026!
The Seance in Canmore will take place close to downtown. The exact address and directions will be sent after the ticket purchase, and tickets will be emailed to the purchaser. If you buy a ticket and are unable to attend, you may transfer it to someone else as long as you let me know ahead of time, and I have their name to put on the guest list.
Sorry, but audio and video recording will not be allowed for this event out of respect for others’ privacy. You may bring pictures and objects of significance, but please do not show me or tell me anything beforehand. Please keep pictures face down and objects associated with your loved ones put away, so that I cannot see them. You may take notes for anything that comes through for you, and this is actually encouraged because some stuff will not make sense until later, as they speak about the future as well.
Please let me know through my website linked below if you would like to join me for the Seance on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 at 2:30 PM MST!
https://rockymountainmedium.wordpress.com/2026/03/09/a-spring-equinox-seance-in-canmore-with-psychic-medium-patricia-marie-k-on-saturday-march-21st-at-230-pm-mst/
If you would like to connect with your Spirit Guides for some spiritual guidance on your personal life path, relationships, personal and or work situations, important personal, relationship, business, or big purchase decisions coming up, or if you would like to connect with your past lives and past life issues, or connect with your loved ones on the Other Side, a Psychic Medium Reading can be incredibly validating, informative, TRANSFORMATIVE, and healing!
I am also available for Individual and Pair In Person Readings, or for a private Group Readings in Canmore, if there’s more than one of you interested in booking a private Group Reading together!
For more information about booking an Individual or Private Reading with me, please visit my website linked below!
https://rockymountainmedium.wordpress.com/
I am looking forward to hearing from you, and to seeing you all at the Seance on Saturday, March 21st in Canmore, and to connecting you to your loved ones on the Other Side!
I hope you’re all enjoying your day!

Hi everyone,
I’m currently looking for a position as a 1st-year Automotive Service Technician apprentice in a proper shop environment.
I’m eager to build stronger hands on experience and continue learning in the trade. I already have some basic experience with things like oil changes and tire swaps, but I’m looking to develop my skills further in a real shop setting and learn quickly.
If you or anyone you know is hiring or has leads, I would really appreciate it. I can send my resume right away if needed.
Any help or leads would mean a lot, thank you!

Hey guys,
I’m a 48-year-old professional in Calgary looking to make some positive lifestyle changes and get back into shape. I’d like to meet a like-minded guy who’s into fitness (or at least motivated to be) and open to building a bit of a friendship along the way.
Ideally, you’re someone who knows your way around a gym or staying active and wouldn’t mind helping keep me on track with workouts, routines, or even just getting out and doing things, like walking, light training, or trying new activities.
I’m pretty easygoing, down-to-earth, and just looking for a good connection where we can motivate each other, have some laughs, and enjoy the process. Open to hanging out beyond workouts too we are on same page.
If you’re in Calgary, friendly, and interested in something casual and positive, feel free to reach out.
Cheers

Hey Calgary,
I’m reaching out for something a little different.
Not just a vote…
But a moment of connection.
Someone close to me is currently competing in the Maxim Cover Girl contest — and while that might sound like just another online competition, it’s become something much more meaningful.
This is about:
- Stepping into confidence after self-doubt
- Being seen after feeling invisible
- Taking a shot when it would be easier not to
And right now… she’s close.
Really close.
But here’s the truth about these contests:
They aren’t just about looks — they’re about people showing up for people.
So I’m asking:
If you’ve ever:
- Wanted someone to believe in you
- Needed support during something that mattered
- Or know what it feels like to go after something vulnerable…
Then maybe you get why this matters.
You can help — it takes 10 seconds.
Free daily vote here: https://covergirl.maxim.com/p/X2LSF52
If you feel called, share it.
If not, no pressure — even reading this means something.
Let’s prove the internet can still be human.
— A real person, asking for real support

Senior wants other seniors that want to team up to live cheaper than a lodge in a forever place
By splitting all basic fees like utilities and service fees, property taxes, internet, house cleaning and home care help if needed all can be split if people want to.
it just takes checking of facts and trust in what you are doing and chose who you are sharing with?
This is basically what a person is doing when they move into a lodge and nursing home
WHERE YOU ARE FORCESD TO PAY THE FULL UNREASONABLE ASKING COSTS
Take control! of your situation and reap the benefits.

No aquatics involved! The name symbolizes the depth of knowledge passed down through generations of masters.
What if you gave us your kids for an hour of Kung Fu, and they came back more focused, stronger, and confident?
Your Kids Are Safe With Us...
(…learning focus, discipline & self-defence. All it takes is one hour, 2-3 times a week!)
What happens when kids trade screen time for Kung Fu time? Kung Fu classes will give you the answer.
We are now running a Kung Fu class for kids (ages 7+) near northwest Edmonton (Riel Business Park in St. Albert, just off 137 Ave).
Where: 33 Rayborn Crescent, St. Albert
When: Monday & Wednesdays at 5:45 pm, Saturday mornings at 11:15 am.
In these classes, your kids will:
>Learn the basics of traditional Kung Fu in a safe, encouraging environment
>Build coordination, balance, and flexibility
>Develop focus, respect, and perseverance
>Burn off energy in a highly productive way
They’ll also have fun: lots of it! Training blends martial arts skills with activities and drills designed to keep them engaged while building real ability.
Our training encourages focus, determination, and self-control: qualities that stay with them long after class ends.
Get in touch and start training today!
