The shifts would be opposite of what I am working and would be: Monday-Thursday anytime until 3:30pm, Friday anytime after 2:30pm, and anytime Saturdays and Sundays.
This space is perfect for a therapist looking to start their own practice and go on their own, but without the worry of the expensive start-up costs. The space is fully furnished and equiped to run your practice: Telus internet/Wifi, pillows, desk, printer, lights (dimable), plenty of cupboard space for sheets and blankets, Hydroculator, heated hydraulic/electric adjustable table, chairs, cleaning supplies, massage oil/lotion if needed, speaker, body/pregnancy cushion support system. Its clean, cozy and quiet, and beautifully decorated! The office is on the second floor of the building (stairs- no elevator) in it's own little nook and is surrounded by 4 other massage therapist offices. Note: there is no laundry or lunch room. The building has public washrooms down the hall from the office and is supplied with toilet paper, soap, and paper towel. The building is professionally cleaned twice a week; personal office spaces are not included in that and must be kept up by renters. The building is clean, quiet, updated, and in a convenient location -behind Boston Pizza and the Ramada Inn and beside Costco- with plenty of free parking.
