I have a nice big room that is fully furnished available for rent. The room is in a fully renovate baseman suite. I keep a very nice, quiet, clean and peaceful space.
The house is located one block away form Franklin C-Train station which means its only a 10 minute train ride to downtown. Being centrally located means that everything is accessible within walking distance (shopping malls, restaurants, stores, groceries etc.)
The room has a nice single bed, closet, refrigerator, and a large window.
