The beautifully designed property is set within its own grounds which are terraced with an abundance of flowers and fruit trees including fig, orange, peach, plum, cherry and lemon. There is also an Olive and Cork Oak forest in which to enjoy the abundant bird life.
The Villa is air conditioned throughout, has a double entrance door leading into a generously proportioned hall with an impressive suspended staircase leading to the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds, en-suite shower room and ample wardrobes. RCI – is a point’s based system where you receive 10,000 points annually and can purchase as many points as you want for $0.02 per point. RCI is the biggest exchange system (timeshare) in the world, they have 4,000 resorts worldwide and you can book them using your points. The nice thing about points is that you are not limited to only booking a week; you can book individual days all the way up to 21 nights for one transaction fee. You can log onto their system at www.rci.com or call them at 1-877-968-7476.
7Across – is another exchange system, however they trade a week for a week. How you would do that is book a week through RCI at Paradise Canyon (recommend November week). Now that you own a physical week at your home resort you can trade it with 7Across and they give you a week that can be booked anytime of the year and is good for 3 years.
