Room is located on the upper level of my home with 2 other boarding rooms, a half bath, a small kitchenette (sink is coming), and a separate shower room that's being installed soon.
This room is the smallest room, but it has a deep closet and is the only room to have a tv supplied. A small arm chair may also be added. The bed is sturdy and includes a clean mattress, as well as clean bedding if needed.
Non-smoking, single occupancy room that is not pet friendly. Included in the room boarding fee are heat, hot water, electricity, wifi, use of upstairs half bath/shower room/kitchenette, 1 in-room mini fridge, snow removal and 1 designated parking space. Use of downstairs shower and kitchen are included until upstairs is finished. Rooms do not include access to laundry facilities, but there is a laundromat nearby. Property is on public transit route, with a bus stop mere steps away with NSCC Middleton Campus, grocery stores, bank, restaurants, public pool, pub, Tim Horton's, pharmacy, gas, motels and laundromat a short 10 minute drive away in one direction - and COGS Lawrencetown campus, laundromat, restaurant, pharmacy, and gas 3 minutes away in the other direction.
