Located on Charlotte St, this 2-storey house has 4 spacious rooms that are perfect for students. Walk to WLU in 6 minutes. The landlord has his own room in the house and visits the house regularly.
All tenants take turn to take out garbage and recycling, and shovel snow in the winter. Washroom and kitchen must be cleaned after each use. Cooking and storage of food must be in the kitchen, and is not allowed in rooms. The landlord only rent to tenants who have respect for others.
