Applicants should have experience with heavy equipment diagnostics and repairs so they can determine what parts and tools are necessary for each job. You must be competent with diagnostic software such as CAT, Insite, Diagnostic Link and other programs used for troubleshooting. The successful applicant will also have their own tools and a valid driver's license. - Perform regular preventive maintenance, diagnose and complete repairs on all HVAC units
- Maintain, create and record work order records
- Troubleshoot all system problems including disassemble and reassemble of system components
- Breakdown and repair natural gas burner systems
- Interprovincial Red Seal A Gas Fitter, certified in the province of British Columbia or willing to obtain prior to employment
- Valid Red Seal Journeyperson in HVAC Mechanics, Plumbing, Pipe Fitting or related trade with experience in a heavy industry setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Working knowledge of basic computer systems such as Microsoft Office®
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Thorough knowledge of relevant industry codes
- Experience in a mining environment is an asset

- Maintain, create and record work order records
- Troubleshoot all system problems including disassemble and reassemble of system components
- Breakdown and repair natural gas burner systems
- Interprovincial Red Seal A Gas Fitter, certified in the province of British Columbia or willing to obtain prior to employment
- Valid Red Seal Journeyperson in HVAC Mechanics, Plumbing, Pipe Fitting or related trade with experience in a heavy industry setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Working knowledge of basic computer systems such as Microsoft Office®
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Thorough knowledge of relevant industry codes
- Experience in a mining environment is an asset

Responsibilities:- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain process piping and all HVAC units
- Perform regular preventive maintenance, diagnose and complete repairs on all HVAC units
- Maintain, create and record work order records
- Troubleshoot all system problems including disassemble and reassemble of system components
- Breakdown and repair natural gas burner systems
- Interprovincial Red Seal A Gas Fitter, certified in the province of British Columbia or willing to obtain prior to employment
- Valid Red Seal Journeyperson in HVAC Mechanics, Plumbing, Pipe Fitting or related trade with experience in a heavy industry setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Working knowledge of basic computer systems such as Microsoft Office®

PAINTER SALARY
Pay is by piece-rate. With the piece-rate system, you are paid by each project you complete. For example, If a job is estimated to take 30 hours but you finish it in 20, you are paid for 30 hours and move on to the next job. This system greatly increases earning potential and because of this: hard work, attention to detail, and fast-paced work will go a long way in making for a successful and profitable summer. The Driver delivers vehicles and in some instances, customers, employees or vendors safely and timely to the appropriate destination(s) while giving helpful, courteous and professional customer service.

ResponsibilitiesThe Part Time Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.
- Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road
- Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
- Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
- Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
- May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
- May be asked to clean vehicle and/or keep bus clean during shift
- May be asked to assist customer(s) with directions, car options and basic policy/procedures
- May be asked to assist customer(s) load and unload luggage, enter and exit vehicle and miscellaneous customer needs
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid British Columbia Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years
- Must be able to lift 30 lb. in order to assist customers
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to work On call up to 25 hours a week, Monday-Friday between the branches operating hours of 8am-4:30pm.
