Handsome palomino paint ranch bred grade Quarter Horse gelding. Super quiet and friendly, easy and respectful to handle on the ground. Stands quiet to catch and tack up, ties and trailers well. 14.2hh and change, built solid. Bought this winter as a 5yr old unbroke project by my son. Has had extensive ground work, starting to soften and flex and ground drives nicely. Has been backed a handful of times but needs more time and experience to get him going under saddle. My son is a full time student plus working at a ranch and won’t be able to put the time in that he needs.

6-Year-Old Fjord-AQ Gelding
Benti is a 6-year-old draft gelding that seems to become a one-person-horse rather. He is looking for his forever person. He is calm, honest and eager to learn, but still quite suspicious about everything new. But he absolutely gives his all best, tries to please, tries to understand and do everything as demanded. Ne never bit, kicked, reared or took of. Done tons of groundwork with and without saddle, desensitizing and we have been sitting on his back a couple of times last year. He needs a refresher for that. Easy to catch, good, with his feed and the ferrier, loves attention. We sell him for the same reason like our draft: un-consistent help of meanwhile the second trainer, so, that we do not really get forward on the mounting and riding part. But everything else is done, he absolutely is ready to start under the saddle.

Fairly good undersaddle needs a to be regularly rode and i don't have the time. He's a lovely well behaved boy and I just don't have the time for him.
He would suite an experienced older teen into dressage or jumping or as a trail mount for an adult. He knows how to pony but hasn't had much experience out on trail. Up to daye on vaccines. Just waiting on the farrier to come do a trim.

Buck came from Alberta originally I believe and was papered at that time. Last owner had him for about 5 years on a dude ranch trail riding daily and gathering cattle. They lost the papers. We never bothered getting them.
He didn’t have to leave the dude ranch for 5 years so I think that’s why he doesn’t care for trailers. (Or he was never trained to trailer and standing) You can get him and then have food in there for comfort
He trailers but usually paws during the travel.
He’s impatient and paws when tied. We started to work him again this month (June).
We have had him for 2 years. Have done over +150km in the trails and arena work.
He liked obstacle days in the covered arenas.
He likes anything that works his mind. He did not care for drill but the gals said we did pretty good for our first time
He loves trail rides and anything in the mountains. He regularly asked to go for rides at the gate.
Comes when called. Easy to catch.
Been great this year for trimming.
***X-rays last spring showed mild kissing spine. Vet wasn’t concerned and said he would only need pain meds if we were eventing hard or he was in pain. We only do trails mostly so this has not been an issue for us.
Had about 9 months off this year and got a little spoiled. Tried to crow hop for a couple minutes out of the yard. But then was ok once on the trail. Needs a good refresher.
During drill he got very excited to go around the cones so not sure if he has barrel experience as well?

I have decided to offer this guy to the right home. He was supposed to be a keeper as he is out of my main saddle horses/ponies. But with having many other horses to train and a few more foals on the way it does not make sense for me to keep him if I can find the perfect home. He is 3/4 morgan and is half registered. Brie is a big stocky mare, about 16hh. She has had 3 foals and is an excellent mom, easy going, easy breeder and foaler. She is super friendly and lets you get in with her foals right away. Her foals have had her kind and easy going temperament.
She can be bred to my working ranch horse stud CV Dunit in Scribbles (Doc Boomernic, Hollywood Dunit, Two Eyed Jack breeding) This spring for an added fee or take her to the stallion of your choice.

Dickie is aprox 8 yrs old. He is a grade appy gelding, and roughly 14.1/14.2hh. While Dickie has been rode and packed, he is still green and is a project. He is halterbroke, stands to be tied and loads into a trailer easilly. He gets along with the other horses easilly. He is not great with his feet. He needs a more consistent home to finish him.
He is not able to be registered. I do not know his bloodlines.

Onxy is a black, near leopard filly. She is correct and athletic. This beautiful girl is cowbred. Shes expected to mature 14.3/15hh. She’s out of our working ranch mare Java Bean Alena and by our leopard stud Lena’s Bright Shado.
It was a hard decision to list this girl. She should be a keeper, and will stay in the program if some other horses move.

Hot Little Lena Storm is a black 2024 Aphc filly. This little gal comes from working cowhorse lines. She is expected to mature 14.3/15.0hh. Storm is well handled, will let you catch her anywhere, will stand tied all day, good with her feet and loads into a trailer. She is in the process of expanding her groundwork to being saddled and working with the flag. Her dam is one of our main ranch mares. Lots of cowsense and a very easygoing attitude. This package is ideal for young or green horses needing a correct, solid start on groundwork and under saddle.
Horses must be in my program for a minimum of 3 months with this package. Unless otherwise discussed.

This package includes groundwork only and is ideal for horses that are not yet ready for riding and need a strong foundation in basics, respect, and handling.
