These are purpose-bred Rottweiler mixes, or "Mini Rotts," that mature to about half the size of a standard Rottweiler. Parents are between 47-58 lbs, and 19"-20" tall at the shoulder. DNA screened and clear through Embark, and OFA cleared hips and elbows, normal patellas.
Their smaller size make them ideal for apartments or stratas with breed size restrictions. Our goal with this smaller variation is to create versatile dogs with better joint health/less issues with hip dysplasia, and longer life span, while remaining functional as a working or sporting breed.

The Boo Crew has arrived and we have welcomed 6 beautiful puppies to our home! These babies were born on Jan 13, 2024. This is Mama Boo's last litter of puppies!!

• Once you pay your deposit you will be given receipts and your non-breeding contract plus weekly updates on your puppy via photo and video~!
• Remaining dues owed for the puppy are paid upon pickup date.
• I am able to complete video calls via facebook if you would like to call me and choose your puppy before paying your deposit~!
• Home visits are not available until 4 weeks of age.

• Weight: 28lbsBoo is a six year old English cocker spaniel. 18 Inches tall and weighs 28 lbs-35 when pregnant.. She is the perfect mid sized dog! Boo has the most lovely temperament and she is calm but alert. A loyal companion. Tolerates children and other animals very well and always with a wagging tail and cheeky little doggo grin! She’s playful and chill. This is her final litter that she will be having. Boo has had 5 previous litters but only cockapoo puppies. Never has she had a litter of cocker spaniels! But, I wanted to keep her bloodline in my family as she has truly become our family's best friend and if I could have another one of her, I would! So, yes that's right you guessed it, one of our sweet little cocker spaniel mixes will be staying with us but, we also want to spread puppy love and share our sweet floppy eared babies with you! Boo is the perfect mid sized dog, she’s not too tall, but she’s not super small. She is an apartment accepted size dog, of course our trendy apartment living pups will still require lots of walks! She’s quick and agile, a natural born hunter and she's always ready to go on an adventure. She can keep up in the mountains and love to go for a swim! She loves to be groomed and pampered and sometimes we even call her “Bougie-Boo.” Boo is all black with a small diamond white tuft of fur on her chest. A shorter snout and crimped beautiful ears. Boo has this forever young, puppy looking face that has everyone thinking she’s alot younger than she is. What can I say, she ages gracefully! She is extremely smart and obedient and was trained by yours truly! Cocker spaniels as a breed regardless of them being american or english are amazing companions and they are very versatile and adaptable! Our sweet Mama Boo is the perfect dog and myself and my family wouldn’t be the same without her! Her litters have the sweetest personalities and are just the most affectionate loving pups out there! • American Cocker Spaniel
• Color:White and chocolate brown
• Height: 16 Inches tall
• Weight: 30 lbsSam is a 4 Year old American Cocker Spaniel. He is 16 Inches tall and weighs 30LBS. He is also the perfect mid sized dog! Sam is brown and white and has a longer snout than Boo. He is a happy dude that's for sure. He loves his snuggles, he as well is very obedient and loyal. He is actually my cousin's dog. He lives on a farm here on vancouver island and rules the roost when it comes to watching over the chickens and ducks. Sam has sired other liters of my aunts with my aunt's own female cocker spaniel. He makes the cutest blends of color pups. We have seen ones that resemble his coat and others that are half mom and half dad so very white/black and brown/white shades. I Sam loves to snuggle and he loves snacks. He will sit like a handsome boy for you and he loves to have his ears brushed. You give him head pats and he is in heaven. He gets along well with other animals and is generally just a really cool dude. Sam stayed with me and went on plenty of “Dates” with my lovely Boo, and now that they are going to have this beautiful litter we cannot wait to share all the puppy cuteness with you!
EXTRA INFORMATION:
Prior to you taking home your new puppy they will be in the beginning of being potty trained, we start with pee pads but do not rely on them for too long. We expose them to being outdoors when their bodies can regulate their own body temp. The puppies will come with their first round of vacations and deworming and a certified vet check.Puppies will also come home with a toy, a piece of the blanket from its liter and with mom’s scent on it. A bag of puppy food, and their second dose of deworming. You will get weekly updates on your puppy via email or text whichever you prefer. You will also be given a non-breeding , no shelter agreement which will ensure that you are not to ever hand our puppies over to any shelters and that if you are to rehome the puppy I will assist you and would like to be notified. Non-Breeding agreement starting upon the puppy being at the age in where it is able to be fixed it will be and you will received a 6 months out email from myself requesting that~
I am very diligent and organized in my handlings with my puppies because I want to ensure they go to good homes and if you cannot commit to a lifetime with them, I will always be there to ensure that your little love bug gets the rehoming that is the best for it! I have photos of previous liters that my Male (SAM) has sired but again, this will be the first ever liter of cockers that Boo and Sam have had.

Puppies are going for $1499 each. If you decide you want one of my puppies you are required to pay a $499 non-refundable puppy deposit. I take Cash or E transfer (No cheques.) You will receive a non-refundable puppy deposit receipt from myself upon deposit given. The deposit is non refundable because once you have selected your pup that puppy comes off the ad online, and I cannot sell it to any other potential interested buyers.Once you have paid your deposit, your puppy will be taken down from all the advertising, and my ad will be updated with available puppies remaining minus your selection. You will then be added to my mailing list for weekly updates on your new puppy! I send weekly updates via EMAIL only as some files are larger because they are video content and multiple photos. Please ensure you have a working email address.
The remaining $1000 for the amount of your puppy is to be paid upon pickup day. I am in Parksville B.C, I am not opposed to dropping off your puppy to you, if you are on the island. However, there will be additional charges and fees asso

Our beautiful Golden Lab just had 8 puppies on Dec 15th !! She is a healthy mom, smart, athletic, and very affectionate. Raised with children and sociable.
The puppy costs $700 which includes their vaccinations and deworming. A deposit of ($300) will be needed to secure a home for the puppy.
