Nettle Blossom Burrows is our family-run rabbitry, nestled in the forested uplands of British Columbia's historic Cariboo region. We are tucked away just off of the Barkerville Highway outside of Quesnel BC. Our Holland Lops are raised in a peaceful rural setting where fresh mountain air and quiet country living are part of everyday life. Our 6 children are very involved in the rabbits day to day life so we are always excited to place bunnies in homes with kids.

If pick up from the Cariboo area isn't possible or convenient for you, we work with multiple experienced transporters who can help us deliver bunnies around BC/AB. We have also flown bunnies to their new families with West Jet with great success! All delivery costs are additional and at the buyers expense.

At Nettle Blossom Burrows, our rabbits are raised right alongside the rhythm of family life. Our bunnies are raised in a clean, spacious indoor/outdoor room. Their days are filled with gentle and regular handling from birth, fresh hay and quality feed, as well as daily interaction with children and other pets.
We specialize exclusively in pet Holland Lops - as they have stolen our hearts with their soft and gentle nature, playful curiosity, big personalities and storybook charm. Our bunnies are loved by our family, they are not farm animals or just a breeding program to us - they are companions and beloved pets. We hope to share the joy they bring to our family when we send your bunny home to you.
Our babies are handled daily from birth, well started with litter training, raised with health and wellbeing as top priority and loved from the moment of their arrival. Our program is always focused on healthy bunnies, pet quality temperaments and happy clients as the goal for our program.

Named Cher, this pigeon was found in vernon with an injured wing (possible old fracture and wound on wing), we took them in but unfortunately over the last month and a bit we've realized that they don't mesh well with our flock, and they can be very territorial over my existing pigeons' spaces.
I'd like to find a loving home that has more space or less birds, as I don't think their chances will be as good returning to the wild with the injuries sustained, even though they can fly much better now. Cher is not afraid of humans and settled very nicely into an indoors environment, so I think they would have no problem adjusting to living inside permenantly.

Meet Alpine BSR. A very solid and compact 2025 colt born in May. Ready to go now. Out of Charlee of AFH and Ash of AFH. A very traditional Haflinger, Alpine (Al) is short, strong, inquisitive, brave, and very blue-blooded. Dam is onsite for viewing and sire was raised on our ranch. Both are sweet and very handleable with the traditional Haflinger personality and hardy build. Great feet all around. Sire is now gelded and a mountain horse down south. Al is expected to mature around 14hh.
Imprint trained as a newborn, Al has been halter-broke, dewormed, handled all over, standing tied, and good with all four feet for trimming. Trailers just fine. Was gelded May 13.

Offering for sale a variety of 4 broodmares. Please read entire ad before replying. All registered with CHA and UTD with deworming and trimming. All mares good to trailer. A range of ages from 10 to 20 with options of foals at side or waiting until current foals are weaned. All mares are rebred to Simba EGR, our outstanding stallion onsite. Please note that these are all broodmares and are not technically broke to ride or drive. They definitely could be. We've only had them three years and do not know much about their past. We will not be making lots of pictures and videos. All horses are sound and healthy and if their ad is up they are available.
We bought them to help out a friend going through health issues, but do not have a desire to breed registered horses on this scale.

Her feet and legs are impeccable and she almost never requires trimming. Very athletic. $2,000 for her, $500 for unborn foal. Taken before the new year she is $2,500.
SOLD: MARBREN CATHY: (filly at side) Cathy is gentle and easy to handle once on halter. Picture 3 and 4 (right side) and 10 with current filly Cypress. 13.3hh, 19 years, and a traditional Haflinger build, she is a very easy keeper. She prefers to stay away from human touch, but has no vices and is just fine to handle once caught (easy to do with grain and daily handling.) We have ridden her and she is gentle. She looks great for the number of foals she's had. $500 for her, $500 for unborn foal, $2,000 for filly at side. Taken now she will be $3,000 bred with filly at side, take her after weaning this fall, she will be $1,000 bred and $500 open.

I am in search of a trail horse for the whole family. We have no little kids, but the experience level of our riders goes from very green to experienced.

I have decided to make this guy available. Yearling gelding. He was supposed to be a keeper as he is out of my main saddle horses/ponies. But with having many other horses to train and a few more foals on the way it does not make sense for me to keep him if I can find the right home. He is 3/4 morgan and is half registered. His dam is an amazing pony and has done it all from being a kids horse to mountian riding, parades, tricks, pulling a cart etc. I expect he will be just as versatile. His sire has also been super easy to train and work with. His dam is 13.2hh and sire is around 14.2hh, so will be the perfect size for kids/small adults. I’m sadly looking to rehome my 1-year-old Netherland Dwarf bunny due to developing allergies.
She is such a sweet and gentle companion. She loves sitting beside you and just keeping you company, and she’s very curious and interested in everything going on around her. She loves following you to see what you’re doing! She has a calm, affectionate personality and would do really well in a home where she can get attention and feel safe. She also loves getting treats (What bunny doesn’t??? lol)
She’s healthy, happy, and well cared for. I’m really hoping to find her a loving home where she’ll continue to be spoiled and appreciated.
