The "Hook" shape ROW is at the top half of the property. It gives access to this property and the adjacent one on the right (when facing the Telkwa High Road).
To get to the property, you drive east of Smithers, turn onto the Babine Lake Road (not the "OLD" one), turn left when you reach the Telkwa High Road. The property is about 1 - 2 km down the road.
I got some surveyors in to better demarcate the property.There simply is not to many properties like this: (location to town, size, and building sites). It would be a lovely area in which to raise a family! But remember, when this one is gone it is gone. Do not delay and live with the regret!

13.06 Parking

Hi there, I am looking for a furnished, short term accommodation with space for three adults (prefer three bedrooms, but we need at the very least 3 beds). Ideally, February, March and April. Must be clean, well-appointed and comfortable. No basement suites.
My aunt lives on Gambier Island, and she has recently been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer (she has only months to live). She does not have any family members living close by, so we are coming from out-of-province to be with her.
I am a professional writer, so I work remotely and will be working the entire time we are there. My cousin works two weeks on, two weeks off and will be flying in from Quebec on his downtime. We are responsible working professionals in our 40s. We will also have my elderly mother with us.
We prefer something that is pet friendly so that my aunt who is sick can bring her dog when she visits us. We are very responsible and we will make sure the dog is properly supervised and clean-up after. It is a small Yorkshire Terrier.

Hello,
we have 1 furnished room in a house available on February 1st. The room will be fully furnished and all you need to do is move in. The room has a TV, desk, double closet, and queen size bed. The room will share a bathroom with another Vietnamese girl. The house is one bus to UBC and Langara. And close to 29th avenue station and Metro town.
Large living room/dining room with a kitchen. Laundry is in the house. All utilities are included - internet, hydro, gas, etc. The living room is fully furnished and the kitchen will have all the necessities like pots pans, plates and etc for you to use.
We are a very international house. We love to play board games together on weekends. We also have a lot of games which you are free to play if you enjoy on the PS4. There is a public Netflix account connected to the TV so you can watch any shows you like. We also have a BBQ which we use during the summer time. There is a small garden outside so if you want to grow vegetables with us you are very welcome to. We are friendly people and think of ourselves as family.
No smoking of any type, no pets.
