We bought presale 21xx-908 Quayside Dr, New Westminster in 2015 and after 4 years of waiting, the building has completed in July of 2019. Now we are renting out our brand new 2 bed room apartment and 2 bathroom with a large balcony from January 1st, 2020 for $2600. Our building is river sky tower 1 and it's located right in the center of action beside the Quay Market. It'a approximate 1000 sqft and it's the K plan which is the best plan in this building. The home is located close to the highway in Cobble Hill, with a beautiful yard and is very quiet and serene. My daughter and her husband own the home and live in the upper suite with their 3-year-old daughter. You must like dogs, but not have/want one, as there are three upstairs and one of my own in the suite (all are smaller dogs). You'd also have to be ok with my granddaughter coming down for a visit once in a while.
The suite is spacious and bright with good soundproofing and has a large kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher. The available room is the bigger of the two, with a large closet and is close to the bathroom. The entrance is through the back yard, so you'd have to be mindful to not let the dogs out. There's plenty of parking available, and shared laundry upstairs through the garage.
The price is all-inclusive with WiFi, water, heat, propane, garbage and recycling (no cable).
