The villa is located minutes away from Disney (12 minutes away). Universal Studios and Sea World are about 22 minutes away: depending on traffic. Groceries and Shopping areas including Super Wal-Mart and restaurants are 2 minutes away on route 191(International Drive). We are about 12 miles away from the Orange County convention center on International Drive. We are located near the intersection of Route 191 and N. Bass Road.
This luxury villa has space: about 2350 square feet to spread out in with 4 bedrooms (of which 2 are en-suite Bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen and Game Room. One Bedroom has a King Bed (with attached exclusive bathroom), the Second has a queen sized bed (again with attached exclusive bathroom) and the third has two twin beds. The fourth has two bunk beds: the third and the fourth bedrooms share one bathroom. The villa can sleep 10 people and it is furnished tastefully to a high standard. It is fully air-conditioned, there is free unlimited Wi-fi internet access in the Villa and free unlimited phone calls to Canada and USA. Any Boats or RVs are not allowed in the development. Our villa is located in a nice and upscale neighborhood and is very quiet and safe. We are a pet free villa and we have a no smoking policy.
The Game room features Pool, Air Hockey, Playstation 2, ping pong, darts etc. A fresh set of Towels, Coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave and conventional ovens, quality fresh linen in bed and all pots and pans are furnished for your use during the stay in the villa. we have a Washer Dryer for laundry and the Villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a TV in every bedroom along with a drawer chest and the family room has a TV and a DVD Player as well. There is a high chair and a stroller all free. Additionally, we provide a digital safe for your use. The pool is larger than usual, not overlooked, and it gets the sun pretty much most of the day in any season as long as it's not cloudy.
The Property Management company is always at hand to address any questions or requirements that might arise and they have been repeatedly praised by our past guests. Our new couches in the living room and the new LED TVs in the Living area and the mastter Bedroom adds comfort to the stay.

This fully owned, never expires Time Share is multifaceted. You can spend your DEEDED week in Las Vegas or exchange it with RCI and choose to stay somewhere else in Canada, the US or anywhere in the world. Our Timeshare/ownership has two bonus weeks annualy and certain accumulated points at Wyndham Grand Desert Resort Las Vegas and RCI. Every year you have rights on 64000 Wyndham points. For your desirable vacation you can either use bonus weeks or points. If you use the points, you can combine them with additional 64000 points from the next year in exchange for receiving one or more extra weeks of stay in any part of the world. Time share is completely paid out, the only expanse that is mandatory to pay is the maintenance fee which is USD 33.25 monthly. We have travelled to Disneyland, Hawaii, Vancouver, Ontario, Europe for a week or more. In addition if you do not spend Wyndham points, you can transfer those points to RCI and keep them available for two or more years. Currently we have 192000 points available with RCI and 128000 points available with Wyndham.

We LOVED being at Breezy Oak Villa! We all said (perhaps daily) that we were so lucky to be staying in a home, not a hotel. We had privacy, we didn't have to shush the kids, they could have as much noisy fun as they liked! A real kitchen allowed us to share meals together, enjoy quiet time after the crowds at the parks, get work done as needed, and travel lightly, since we could wash our clothes. The privacy of the pool was wonderful, loved that we were not overlooked. Having such a great amenity all to ourselves was lovely, and felt much like home (we have an outdoor pool, too). The full-size kitchen appliances were lovely, as was the ability to have a family breakfast, take sandwiches and snacks to the parks (saving money and avoiding yucky fast food). My son was really tickled with the video games, especially the racetrack game (even I played with him). With 4 bedrooms, everyone had space and privacy, including my parents which was really important to me. Staying at Breezy Oak Villa was a great choice for our family. We could not be happier with the excellent communication received during research and booking, and it continued through our stay. It was especially perfect for a family group that included kids under 10 and grandparents 65+. Safe, clean, spacious, and with built-in, cost-free options for fun during downtime.
