Hello,
I'm a single mom in my 30s seeking a long term rental for myself and 2 children. I am quiet, non smoking and have no pets. Ideally seeking a rental in brockville area- open to Prescott, Cardinal, Johnstown as well. Looking for a home within the range of 1500 but can afford up to 2000. I am working full time - and receive child tax credit for my two children. I have last month's rent ready to go- and can move anytime as I'm currently living with family. Ideally looking for somewhere ready for move in by June but willing to wait for the right unit.
I have personal and professional references- including a reference from a social worker who has been assisting me in my search for a suitable home of my own for myself and children.
