Great for those low waterways this mini airboat is a 2021 and has a fuel injected 38 hp Kohler engine 25 hours on since new. The boat is 58 inch wide and 11‘6“ long. It has a carbon fibre three-way prop 65 inch long and has a bandit belt Dr. 2.68 to 1 ratio. The trailer comes with it. This beautiful Lotus Caper is looking for a new home! Arguably one the most unique composite canoes ever built! This version was custom built and autographed by the late Mike Galt of Lotus Canoes in 1992. It features an eye catching forward bow and a radically re-curved stern. The hull is a Kevlar layup with a two tone gel coat. The trim is pirana pine and mahogany with hand carved painter stays. In my search for a trailerable sailboat I ended up with this model for the following features harder to find. It actually has a functioning trailer, wider beam creates roomy salon and deck space for walking, front hatch does not interfere with sitting on fore deck, salon cover for headroom, an anchor locker, chrome tube railings fore and aft with full wire deck railing.
Boat: General specs can be found on line. Interior salon layout includes dinette for two (bed for 1-2), bench seat (bed). The V berth currently sleeps one adult (missing cushion), and may be outfitted with port-a-potti in separated curtained area. Sink and counterspace. Cooler fits under cockpit. Cushions are in poor shape but have life. New Keel crank. Interior sliding hatch lifts up for headroom and comes with a canvas windowed cover for rainy days. Main and jib sails, swim ladder, new anchor chain, anchor and line. Cockpit cushions appear new, Large outdoor storage locker and separate gas locker.
Trailer: Over a year of looking for the best combo this was the best trailer I viewed. Registered and you can have confidence to take it to hot spots. Handled very smoothly on Island highway behind my Caravan. And don’t discount using in campgrounds as camper! Save moorage, yard or storage lot. Not original trailer, frame tires and winch in good shape.
Motor: I had just purchased a new 6HP Suzuki for reliability and sits unused indoors since purchase. Purchase of the motor would be separate, to be negotiated.

This boat has been maintained extremely well with virtually no major modifications since purchase in 1999. Twin 225 Mercury Two Strokes with less that 500 hours start-up readily and run well. Props and bottom-ends are in good condition. Powerheads have been changed recently and previous powerheads are available. Vinyl is in excellent condition on all surfaces including center console seat, cooler covers, and lounge surfaces. Comes equipped with sunbrella covers for all vinyl surfaces, as well as rough weather canvas and a factory-built removable bimini-style cutty that is in mint condition (not shown). Fully equipped with original GPS, radar, forward sonar/temperature sensor and additional depth gauge. Other features include: dual bilge pumps, recirculating fish tank, dual batteries and switches, marine VHF radio with antenna, spot lights, 12V outlet, floor lighting, anchor, anchor light, remaining supply of two stroke oil, spare plugs, fenders, lines, overhead storage, swim ladder, trim tabs, horn, rod holders, compass, and manual bilge pump. T-top is in very good condition. Boat is structurally sound with very few minor scratches and has never seen salt water. Service records are with Kensington Point Marina where it has been maintained, serviced, and stored indoors since new. Boat ran very well last summer (2025) with multiple 35 mph runs between the Soo and Pine Island without issue. No trailer.

KMV, 18', 4 CYL, 3 ltr. Mercruiser with stainless, Mirage propeller. Comes with trailer and cover. The hull is in good condition. The motor runs smoothly as does the outdrive. It has a new steering cable and battery.The seats and engine bay co er have a lot owesr on them. The foam is good but the leatherette is very worn. It was fully serviced when it was last stored. We pulled it out this year and got it ready to use but we never got to. Bad time to sell, good time to buy. $4000 OBO.
