CAREFULLY SCULPTED BODYWORK

Highlights include the powerful lines of the chiselled fuel tank, vented front fender, light rear fender, moulded mirrors, and angular tail section with an integrated LED taillight, clear turn signals, and clean layout of all wiring and hoses. The thin seat is shaped for sport riding, and also to helps make it easier to firmly plant your feet on the ground and combines with the handlebars and footpegs to ensure a comfortable riding position.

HEADLIGHT

LIGHTWEIGHT BLACK FOOTPEGS

The addition of a standard-equipment belly pan enhances the aggressive styling and cohesive aesthetics of the machine’s overall design.

ENGINE DESIGN

Potent 749cc four-cylinder, fuel-injected engine uses GSX-R750 architecture, so the power delivery is an excellent blend of strong low end and a muscular top end. Using the K5 generation GSX-R engine architecture also permits a shorter chassis, which greatly enhances handling. This also makes the GSX-S750 ABS the only motorcycle in its class with an engine with SuperSport lineage.

CRANKCASE VENTILATION HOLES

Ventilation holes between the pistons on the upper crankcase reduce pumping loss. This contributes to increasing power output while at the same time satisfying the stringent Euro 4 emissions regulations.

LONG-NOSED FUEL INJECTORS

Long-nosed ten-hole fuel injectors introduced on each throttle body optimize fuel atomization to promote greater combustion efficiency and help limit fuel consumption.

2004 Suzuki VZ1600 Marauder. Trail BC. Price drop.

Purchased brand new in 2006. Never been dropped, well maintained and in beautiful condition. Have all receipts.
This bike is mechanically a Kawasaki Mean Streak that Suzuki sold as a Marauder for 2 years until they released their Boulevard M series cruiser. There are only minor cosmetic differences between the Mean Streak and Marauder. The headlight is more scooped on the Marauder, the air filter covers have ridges and it has a bob tailed rear fender. The wheels, inverted front forks and brakes were all spec’d from Kawasaki’s ZX bike.
53,736 klms.
Brand new battery.
New brake pads front and rear in June 2023.
Head tube bearings were replaced July 2021 @ 48,983 klms.
New Dunlop tires installed June 24, 2020 @ 45,805 klms.

1983 CR480R

Selling my 1983 cr480r.
Very clean bike, brought it out of California 5 years ago.
All original seat, plastics etc. Side panel decals fell off years ago, aftermarket number backer on both sides and front number plate.
I put aluminum bars, bark busters, bar mount riser, levers, grips and pegs on it to preserve the originals, which i have in storage.
Front forks boots replaced, not originals, they should be black. But looks good otherwise.
New twin air filter installed. I changed rear sprocket and have new oring chain for it, needs to be installed to preserve the original which is mint.
Tires are excellent, although some cracking on side wall showing up. Holds air, rolls good. Maybe change them out? Could do eventually.
Frame, swing arm brake rod excellent not beat up at all. Bike is fast, hauls some serious ass. Not for weak modern man, this is a brute and s blast to ride. Im getting old, and crashing hurts now. My son is too young to ride it for years.
Its not perfect, but very close.
Im the second owner, bought from original buyer, he rode it 10 times maybe. Scared himself silly, ended up shedding it till 2017. He got the bike checked out at the local shop in Sacaramento, put the filter in changed the oil to synthetic, checked the brakes, and road it a few times down the block. Then listed it.
I have paperwork for the bike and a clean title.
Its smooth, fast and fun to ride.
Left hand kick, must be a man to start this bike!!
