1970’s Land and Sea Project Boat

The craft is in very solid condition structurally.
The flaws as I can surmise from inspection are as follows and per the pictures.
There are no upper helm seats.
Upper helm Fiberglas. Surface cracking.
Less but surface cracking on front and rear exterior decks.
Railing in good shape except for one separated connection.
Obviously motor pod empty but ready for new install.
The interior is dated but certainly recoverable. It’s all there but is a major part of the “project”. Note there are 14 drawers. Lots of storage.
We have done a primary clean and bleach mould treatment.
The roof air conditioning was removed hence the shingles on the roof.
We floated the boat when the motor was in with no issues.
I feel confident that it can deliver good results but don’t forget the word “project”.Options:

1973 Dodge D100, 360-2bl , 727 auto, 8 3/4'' rear with 3;55 gears, runs great and strong with recent headers and mufflers, rear end serviced with new bearings, seals, gaskets,fluid, rear u-joint, New reupholstered seat and carpet with custom console and new round speakers in it[not hooked up yet] flat deck with removable wood sides, very reliable and drives straight and brakes well, Mopar cop rims and hubcaps, hauls over 1000lbs many times. Frame good, cab mounts and floors good but exterior dented and rust but a good working truck.
