OVERALL CONDITION:
This rare-optioned vehicle was purchased in 2019, and was imported directly from Japan through a broker. All maintenance stickers and factory tags are in Japanese, and the
Japanese-market VX Limited was the range-topping version, and included features not
offered on the contemporary North American Land Cruiser, including dual climate control, adjustable shock absorbers and rear mounted spare tire. This was originally equipped with an Active Vacation package (AVP). It was removed to make room for all the recent improvements. Over $30,000 has been spent on upgrades, including audio/video. Highlights are noted above. All installations were professionally done. The owner has receipts and photos to document and support the majority of maintenance and upgrades.
Our visual inspection shows suspension, steering exhaust and brake systems are very good. Shocks are brand new. The body is very solid and original, with no signs of rust, repairs, or damage. The rare diesel motor runs strong and, at the time of our visual inspection, showed no fluid leaks or mechanical problems. The factory trim code is FQ10. All exterior trim and moldings are very good, with only minor fading and dings visible. The exterior 2 stage code 6M1 finish is very good. All glass is intact, with only minor chipping evident. The wheels and tires are in good condition. The undercarriage, floor and engine bay are solid, with no rust, repairs, or damage evident. The interior seats and carpet are very good, showing only minimal wear.
The vehicle has no rust and has been rust proofed annually. It is stored annually throughout winter, and has never been winter driven.
This car would be classed at #2 Fine: well restored, or a combination of superior restoration and excellent original.

Imported from Arizona years ago. Very nice doors, fenders and trunk lid. Nice quarter panel wheel lips. Lower quarters need repair and some other areas need some attention. This would make and excellent donor car. Very restorable! Factory bucket seat and console, factory tinted glass. Nice bumpers front and rear. Excellent frame. This is a roller. Shaft drive. Comfortable. Last of the carbureted models, (so way easier to tune up). Deep blue and silver colours. Starts, runs, and sounds nice. Good rubber and brakes. 5 speed. Changed up from front foot pegs to rider foot boards. Engine replaced with a 2006 unit, as original one had a mishap. I've put just over 1500 kms on it to ensure all is right. Set up for a single rider, but is easily / quickly converted to two up touring, with included rear back rest, rear seat, and (not shown), throw over saddle bags and a second slightly lower drivers seat. Tires are still very good. Restoring bikes to good riding condition and then offering them for sale at a moderate price is my entertainment and your chance to experience the sport without a large investment. My passion and your opportunity. :)

We were camping in this right up until last year when there was an accident with one of the pull our beds. I'ts been removed. The rest of the trailer is in decent shape for it's age. It has a furnace, refrigerator, stove and sink, all functional when we used it last summer.
Repair the bed or part it out - lots of good parts, or strip it to make a utility trailer.

Just put a rust free box w spray in liner on it this spring, has a new tailgate to go with it. Comes w 2 extra sets of wheels incl 20” factory alloys w tires, and required emissions parts.
Lost 4th gear on me, and will need some love on the cab corners and rockers.

1970 vw beetle in great condition starts and drives perfectly. 3 years ago drove it from Nanaimo to smithers changed a pulley that was it. Paint is decent. tub has been replaced. No rust found on the car. Got it for my wife's birthday but we have 2 young daughters now and car seats dont fit in tha back. Would trade for muscal car harley or travel trailer $8500obo
