Our place is called the Peaceful Palace because it is a gorgeous, well-appointed, and fully renovated house as well as a calm relaxing sanctuary. This 3 bedroom bungalow is centrally located (5 minutes from everything), sunny windows, huge fenced back yard with deck and lots of room for more gardens, high speed unlimited wifi, stainless steel appliances as well as dishwasher and front loading laundry. We have a soaker tub and two-sink vanity in the bathroom, hardwood floors throughout...you get the picture. It's awesome here.
My roommate and I are both eco-conscious women in our 30s, graduate students as well as working professionals. Currently, we have the third bedroom to rent. We are looking for some one in a similar life stage who is busy/studious and who values a calm, relaxed, relatively quiet space to call home. We love sharing food we make, swapping stories, and such and really value the clean, not-so-busy vibe we have cultivated once we get home.
Rent is ALL INCLUSIVE (all utilities, high speed wifi, laundry, and snow/yard maintenance - there is currently no parking). The bus stop is at the end of our block and it is walkable to the landsdown stores as well as downtown. This rental is for one person - so there will be three of us sharing the house. I have a dog and cats who are all amazing, but we therefore do not have much capacity for more animals and prefer someone who loves animals, but doesn't have their own. You will get all the snuggles from them and they are clean, quiet, and loveable. :D
The room is amazing and ready for the right person to move in as soon as possible. The room is cozy and spacious enough for all bedroom furniture, including a queen bed.
