I am looking for a position of an apartment building superintendent of a building of up to 30 units, I am 65 years old but in good physical health. I perviously worked as an apartment building super in Toronto. of 32 units.
Besides taking care of the building, doing lawn maintenance, snow removal, I attended to minor repairs in the building such as changing locks, replacing faucets and fixtures.
I have extensive tools for repairs and some light renovations. Minor electrical repairs can be done such as replacing light switches and sockets.
My past agreement was that I received an free apartment a modest salary. Any extra work over and above my duties would be at $15.00 per hour.
I am personable, polite and get the job done, so you do not have to worry about your property when I am there.
I am computer literate, so you can be updated regularly by reports as to any work being done and maintenance that needs to be taken care of.
I have a driver licence.
