A ce prix il faut ajouter le chauffage, éclairage, les meubles, les électroménagers, la vaisselle, etc.

Je suis tellement tranquille que tu auras l'impression de vivre seul.Maison avec beaucoup de cachet dans un environnement tranquille et chaleureux à partager avec moi, le propriétaire. Faut voir l'intérieur pour découvrir toute la beauté.
Beaucoup de place avec coin lecture-détente et beaucoup plus.Près de tout (centre-ville, Cégep, hôpital, Halles, épiceries, parc).
Tout inclus (chauffé, éclairé, meublé, serviettes, vaisselle, lave-vaisselle, salle de lavage, etc...).
Uniquement pour gens de bon goût sans problème!
