We have great neighbours, and we are near the millennium trail, elementary and high schools, and UCN. The home runs on hydro (electric furnace). (There is a capped and uninstalled wood stove available if you want to reinstall it.) The street is quiet and has beautiful perennials, including raspberries. The backyard has a small gazebo, and the front has a large tree that offers some privacy and is beautiful when it blooms and come fall. The driveway is a single driveway, there is a basketball net and single door garage. Inside, the basement carpet was replaced with cork flooring which helps the basement keep cool in Summer and warm in Winter. The basement is large and has a storage room and bedroom.
