Unit is generally available throughout the year; however, peak weeks usually go quickly so best to plan ahead. Please make request at least two weeks prior to requested vacation time, however the earlier the better to guarantee your reservation.

The unit is nicely furnished, AC throughout the entire unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace (with gas BBQ), one bedroom on the second floor (king size bed), with master bath and balcony overlooking the ocean and second bedroom (also king size bed) on lower level with a full bath and small kitchenette/bar (this can be an excellent choice for two couples vacationing together). Unit is generally available throughout the year; however, peak weeks usually go quickly so best to plan ahead. Please make request at least two weeks prior to requested vacation time, however the earlier the better to guarantee your reservation.
