Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This 1 bedroom condo is located on the first floor and it has space enough to accept up to 4 guests, with a king size bed and a sofa bed that takes two and, 2 full bathrooms for the group.
Located in Palm Suite community, which is a quite place full of greenery, with a nice pool and lounge chairs. Located near the main street of El Cortecito and just a 10-minute walk to Bávaro Beach and numerous restaurants.
The space
This first floor condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a large dresser, a desk, a TV, ceiling fan, a large closet and private bathroom. There is also another full bathroom in the hall across the bedroom.
The living room has a large sofa bed and 2 extra seating, a TV and ceiling fan and next to it there´s a high dining table for 4. The kitchen is a spacious place and is fully equipped with its stove, oven, fridge, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc., and it also has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. By the kitchen there are the washer and dryer machines and a back exit door.
At the front of the apartment there is a balcony/terrace with an exterior dining table for 4, and you get access from the living room and the bedroom.
The apartment has private Wi-fi, TV cable, a phone and A/C.

Amazing Ocean and mountain views in very well developed and safe area (there used to be one of the first USA military bases back in WWII). There are McDonalds, Restaurants, grocery stores, hardware and department stores, local market places. Its not a "gates community of 2-3 buildings" - its a "gated AREA" of ~5km by ~5km. This is a very well-designed attractive villa. There is great attention to detail in both the furnishings and layout. We were both impressed by the tasteful decorative touches from the dried flowers to tile mosaics on the walls. An example of the design is the large built in closets in the upstairs bedrooms. I have never stayed in a rental with as much closet and drawer space. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained. The beds were all comfortable. The villa is spacious both in the grounds and inside. Where some may have been tempted to have 4 or 5 bedrooms, the 3 good sized bedroom and large living areas given a certain dignity and sense of spaciousness. The kitchen was well equipped as far as pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. The appliances all worked.
There was a beautiful view of the valley from this hillside location from both inside the villa and the outside terraces and pool deck. One can see Alvor, Lagos and Portimao along the coast and amazing twinkling lights at night time. The villa and around the pool deck is very private. The villa is set well back from the road down a steep dead end lane and so no passing traffic. The location gives a sense of peacefulness.
We walked into the lovely town of Monchique a few times and also ate at the nice restaurant at the top of the lane - O Luar da Foia, rated highly in Tripadvisor. You need to be reasonably fit given the road is steep. Monchique has a large modern InterMarche supermarket and some smaller grocery stores and butcher shops. There are also a number of pleasant cafes. There is a large shopping mall in Portimao. A car is recommended. If you have one, the villa makes a good base for exploring the region.
The west coast is about 30 min away by secondary road, while Portimao and the A22 main tollway is about 15 min south. We went as far as Odeceixe in the north west. Despite the weather during or stay in November, we were able to use the pool a bit when the sun was shining. We would not hesitate to rent from Nigel again. He was easy to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions. Given its high quality, the villa is a real bargain in the low and shoulder season. Highly recommend it.-TripAdvisor

A beautiful resort, split into 4 separate areas, you can use all the amenities in all sections of the resort. Inquire and I might be able to get you one for the River Island Village, East Village, West Village & North Village depending on availability. We have other units listed for Friday check in 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units and in other sections of the resort for other dates. There is a fee for golf and tube rental on the lazy river and some other activities for children
We have owned here since 1986. It is our favorite resort, it touches on Disney property. There is a shuttle around the resort and to the grocery store, but a car is recommended.
There are 2 - 18 hole golf courses and 2 - 9 hole courses. 1 is lit at night.
There are 9 restaurants and a grocery store on the property and there is Mall across the street from the resort for anything else that you might need. We do not leave the resort very often as there is so much to do at the resort and they offer most everything that you might need.
The air-conditioned villas at the Orange Lake Resort - are spacious and comfortable, the perfect retreat after a long day of activity. These colorful and airy villas feature amenities such as full or partial kitchens, a dining room and living room area, and a satellite TV with DVD player. Every villa is also furnished with a patio or balcony, many of which overlook the golf course. The villas range in size, from studios to three-bedroom units, and can sleep two to twelve guests depending on which configuration you opt for. You will need to show something like a drivers license or passport. They will also want a credit card because purchases can be charged to your room. If you do not make any purchases there will be no extra charge at Check out. FIREWORKS from Disney can be viewed form some units. We always stop and ask to see our bill to ensure there are no unauthorized purchases. We have never had a problem, but just to be safe.
Directions The resort is on highway 192 also called Irlo Bronson memorial Highway. You can see part of 1 of the 4 golf courses from the 192. If you are coming from the airport or I4 from Daytona Beach direction, pass under the 429 Toll road and you will see the golf course and the main entrance. If coming from the Tampa direction, we recommend exiting on 27 north at Haines City and then turn right on the 192. Once on 192 Orange Lake is 3,5 miles on the left. Parking They will issue you parking passes for all vehicles at the front desk.

Le condo est situé « Centro » donc près de tout. Ex; 3 minutes à pied du Walmart et de tous les restaurants qui ne coûtent pas les yeux de la tête comme sur la cinquième. Pour avoir loué pendant plusieurs années avant de faire l’achat, nous avons toujours été déçus de ce qu’il y avait comme équipement. Chez nous vous ne manquerez de rien, du airfryer, des parapluies aux chaises de plage et parasol…lol…ils vous manque quelque chose et vous nous le dite, ça marche comme ça! Bonjour. Avis aux intéressés. Notre condo situé en plein cœur de Playa Del Carmen est encore disponible pour quelques semaines cet été et cet automne. Comme vous pourrez le constater sur le site ci-joint, il est à proximité de tout. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour agréable (nous avons même ajouté cette année 1 Air Fry double, 1 cafetière Nespresso, 1 BBQ électrique, 2 chaises de plage et 1 parasol). Si vous craignez le bruit…pas de problème la chambre est munie d’une fenêtre anti-bruit pour un sommeil profond. Si vous êtes intéressé, communiquez avec moi en privé pour des prix avantageux.
