Le parc Southgate Village est situé en ville à deux pas du Publix et Dollartree. Piscine chauffée à 84F, jeux de Shuffleboard, pétanque et fer à cheval.
Vero Beach est une petite ville au centre de la Floride à mi-chemin entre Orlando et West Palm Beach. Pas de circulation lourde comme dans le sud de la Floride.
La plage est très sablonneuse, à 5 minutes en voiture avec stationnement gratuit. Beaucoup de places même les fin de semaine.

Le condo est DISPONIBLE pour AVRIL et MAI, 2024, les saisons d'été et d'automne 2024 et la saison d'hiver 2025 (jan-avr). La location minimale est d'un mois à partir du premier du mois.
Ce condo est au 2ième étage avec vue magnifique sur un lac. Il est situé dans un secteur paisible donnant sur un cul-de-sac du complexe résidentiel renommé de Palm-Aire Estates à Pompano Beach, FL. Ce condo impeccable est très ensoleilé (exposition sud), propre et entièrement meublé. Ce condo offre une chambre des maitres avec lit King, télévision intelligente HD, grand garde-robe, une salle de bain rénovée avec douche et bain. La literie et serviettes sont incluses avec la location. La deuxième chambre offre une vue sur le lac avec causseusse double et divan lit, télévision intelligente HD avec forfait HBO et connexion internet sans fil à haute vitesse, salle de bain complète et rangement. Le salon, aussi avec vue sur lac, est lumineux et spacieux, et offre deux divans dont un qui se transforme en lit. Les tapis sont récents ainsi que l‘A/C centrale ainsi que les électroménagers (lave-vaisselle, cuisinière et frigo). Le condo possède un large balcon-terrasse (ie Florida room) qui offre une magnifique vue sur le lac et la faune. Le prix de location inclue le forfait télévision avec HBO et internet haute-vitesse illimitée. Les frais d'électricté ne sont pas inclus.
Le complexe du condo offre le suivant: une piscine d'eau salée et chauffée avec aire de séjour avec BBQ et meubles de patio/chaises longue, salles de bain avec douches et sauna , salle d'entraînement et shuffleboard. Le terrain est mature avec des magnifiques aménagements paysagers.
Ce condo lumineux est situé dans un complexe très bien entretenu et sécuritaire avec service de patrouille de nuit. Ce condo est à proximité (15 minutes en voiture) via le boulevard Atlantic de la magnifique plage publique de Pompano Beach et Pier. Plusieurs services à proximité de marche incluent: Golf et Tennis de Palm-Aire, sentiers de marche, restaurants, magasins tels Walmart 24h, Publix, Dollar Store, banques et pharmacie CVS, Pompano Isles Racetrack and Casino, etc.

The condo is located in a very well maintained complex with night security. Palm-Aire is located a 15 minute drive via W. Atlantic Blvd from the newly developed Pompano Beach public ocean beach.
Located a short drive from Pompano Isles Racetrack and Casino, Pompano municipal golf course, and minutes away by foot to Palm-Aire Oaks golf course, tennis courts, restaurants, shopping malls (Walmart, Dollar Store, CVS Drugstore, Banks, etc), and grocery stores (Publix, Dollar Store and 24-hr Walmart).
Complex offers outdoor heated salt water pool, patio furniture and long chairs, a club house with gym/weight room, changing rooms with showers and sauna, gazebo area equipped with two fulll serviced 5-burner propane BBQs, dining area with tables and chairs, walking paths and shuffleboards.
