At the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort in Nuevo Nayarit (approx 10 kms north of Puerto Vallarta) we have 3 one week periods available (excluding christmas or easter holiday seasons) for our timeshare. On occasion in the past we’ve been able to book and reserve additional weeks, though availability isn’t guaranteed.

Located on a 3 mile stretch of pristine golden beach, the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort is steps from the ocean, features pools, restaurant and bar services, and daily activities. There is chaise seating at both the pool and on the beach, with towel and bar service. There is a well marked and lifeguarded ocean swimming area. A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.

Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There are two TVs (including many US and Canadian channels), ceiling fans, air conditioning and a safe. I speak from experience when I say that this Villa is the best and yet most affordable Villa in the neighborhood. Firstly, it is a gated community with guards at 2 entrances. They are there 24/7. Not that you will need it, as it is a very safe neighborhood in a middle class neighborhood. Just outside the main gates (3 minute walk) is a "Six", Oxxo and 711 within 5 minute walk from gate. They all sell beer and alchohol. Sundays they close at 5pm for any alchohol. A 10 minute walk gets you to Soriana's plaza. And 15 minutes to Walmart. There is a great restaurant called "Mr Lasagna". Honestly, the best Lasagna and pizza I've had. Also great chinese food in the Soriana Mall. This is for those who don't particularly like Mexican food. Of course there are great Mexican restaurants just a walk away. Everything you need is in the studio. For those of us on a budget, it's great. Large fridge in each studio. Electic stove, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. Towels, clean linens provided. Toilet paper (2 rolls) so you have to buy your own aferwards. Air conditioning in all rooms. And the best thing is TV and GREAT WIFI. Oh ya....... the POOL right in the backyard is heaven! You CANNOT smoke in the unit but there are tables and chairs and ashtrays right outside your unit. My friend has listings on A i r b n b. However, if you would like to avoid the taxes and fees you can contact her directly. If you have any questions at all, just ask me. I have vacationed here for 6 years and have been 12 times. Just ask me. I have added the pictures on her website but also a few of my own. Hostal DIMA La Habana

Si deseas pasar una agradable estancia en al Habana te invitamos a alojarte en el Hostal DIMA que se encuentra en el mismo corazón de la ciudad a solo 150 m del Capitolio y 200 del Parque Central en un apartamento de estilo colonial de más de 200 m2 donde tenemos disponibles dos habitaciones de más de 16 m2 cada una. Una habitación tiene una cama matrimonial y existe la posibilidad de utilizar otra cama anexa tamaño individual. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas tamaño twin/single. Ambas habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, ventilador y tomas de corriente de 120 y 220 V, en caso de necesidad tenemos adaptadores de corriente según la configuración que necesite utilizar.
Existe un cuarto de baño con toilette que tiene agua fría y caliente de uso exclusivo para los clientes.
En nuestra casa puede solicitar el servicio de desayuno en las mañanas.
Por la posición de la casa es posible caminar por toda la Habana Vieja, Centro Habana y parte del Vedado.
Estamos rodeados de múltiples hoteles, museos, restoranes, cafeterías y mercados. Desde acá es posible coordinar recorridos por la ciudad con guías especializados en el idioma que solicite, así como alojamientos en otras ciudades y su traslado hacia las mismas.
