The beautifully designed property is set within its own grounds which are terraced with an abundance of flowers and fruit trees including fig, orange, peach, plum, cherry and lemon. There is also an Olive and Cork Oak forest in which to enjoy the abundant bird life.
The Villa is air conditioned throughout, has a double entrance door leading into a generously proportioned hall with an impressive suspended staircase leading to the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds, en-suite shower room and ample wardrobes. The park is very friendly, very clean and very well manicured and maintained. The management takes great pride in the appearance of the park and keeps it well maintained. The park does not allow pets. The park model has all the required needs, fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge, stove, microwave, bedding for the queen bed and the hide-a-bed pull out in the front room, television, internet can be activated for wi-fi, barbecue outside on the patio, outdoor table and chairs. shed, covered car pad and patio area. There are also 2 orange trees on the property. It is available on a monthly basis and preferably consecutive months in a row at US$2000.00 per month. The electrical bill, internet and TV cable, if you so choose, are the only added expenses and is your responsibility. Ours is a cozy, comfortable home with mountain views. It is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the pool and hot tub. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in each building. Our place has one bedroom with queen sized bed and so is ideally suited for two guests. However, if you wish, there is an air mattress available for your use in the event that you have overnight guests or children. We have a well-appointed kitchen for your cooking needs. Linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
What you will love about this neighbourhood:
We are in a gated community in beautiful Palm Springs. Our community has 6 heated pools and 6 hot tubs available for your use, all of which are maintained on a daily basis. There are 3 tennis courts, pickle ball, and outdoor shuffleboard courts. The mature, landscaped grounds are well kept, and are inviting for leisurely walks around the community.
We are a block away from the Palm Springs Tourist Office, 5 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, and 9 minutes from the Tramway at the base of Mt. San Jacinto - one of Palm Springs premiere attractions. There are numerous hiking trails on the mountain and throughout the canyons around Palm Springs. If you enjoy golf, there are over 100 golf courses in the area, complemented by 350 days of sunshine! If you love to shop be sure to head down to the Cabazon Desert Outlet Mall - a huge collection of designer stores 20 minutes drive from Palm Springs. In addition, there is a plethora of music, film, food, and art festivals throughout the year including the world famous Coachella Music Festival held for two weekends every April.

For those who are considering taking advantage of our special summer rate, we have taken many family vacations to the area during the summer months and so have a few suggestions on how to make the most of it. Palm Springs is "desert hot" in the summer. That's for certain. However, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers summer passes, where you can escape the summer heat at the top of the mountain. This is a good thing! The Summer Pass is available from May 1st, 2024 - $85.00 Adults & Seniors (65+) and $45.00 Children (ages 3-10). The tramway is literally down the street from our condo complex. So, first thing in the morning, we pack cherries and pistachios, then head up the mountain to take advantage of the scenic hiking trails and the amenities offered - including restaurants, maps, a store, a ranger station and such. In the afternoon, we might go for a refreshing swim, take in a movie or treat ourselves to a massage. Evenings are beautiful! Time for an evening stroll to discover what this town has to offer. That includes numerous gourmet patio restaurants and events such as "Village Fest" - a popular street fair held every Thursday night. For those that like to golf, we suggest an early morning start. Keep in mind that Palm Springs is within a two hour drive of Anaheim, Los Angeles (Hollywood), and San Diego. Las Vegas and Phoenix are four hours away. Or consider a day trip to Idyllwild, a beautiful mountain village within an hour's drive. When visiting Palm Springs during the summer we often opt for a short side vacation (3-5 days) to the coast to comfortably enjoy exciting attractions such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Sea World, Lego Land, and the world famous San Diego Zoo. Our Palm Springs Condo would make an excellent home base to explore the area.

The Beach House offers a spacious kitchen and dining area with amazing lake views, a cozy living room and games area with wrap around windows, 4 tranquil bedrooms (sleeps up to 10 people) and an upgraded bathroom.
Spend time out on the front deck barbecuing and soaking up the sun, or choose to enjoy the ample amount of beach available, either at the lower beach near the water or the upper beach closer to the deck. The waterfront has a shallow sand entry, which is a favourite among kids and adults alike. If jumping into the water is more your style, we also offer a dock system with plenty of length to get your speed up before your impressive cannonball. Or to dock your boat.
We offer you an aluminum canoe with paddles to tour the lake and explore the first tunnel, a patio set and loungers to relax on after a long day of summertime fun and a lakeside firepit is available for cooking all those delicious summertime s'mores! (Renters responsible for their own firewood).
The Beach House is equipped with 2 air conditioners, as well as baseboard heat throughout the cabin, so it will be just the right temperature, regardless of the weather. We also provide satellite TV for those who wish to watch the game, stay up-to-date with the news, or to distract the kids on those rainy days!
The Beach House is a family-oriented cabin, with many other families on the bay, so NO PARTIES please!
