Beautiful aberrant 2020 female. Eating live rodents without any problem!
The Crazy Genes are pure Lampropeltis t. hondurensis (Honduran Milk Snakes)... not intergrades! Described on pages 109/110 in Mong and Tintles' "Guide to Honduran Milksnakes"
The Crazy line aberrant Hondurans were started over 25 years ago by Guy Clark. He started this line predominantly with some Tangerine Dream Hondos that Bill Love made famous years ago. He noticed some funky aberrancies showing up and began holding back the most spectacular ones, and as a result this rare line carries the ability to make some "Crazy" looking Milksnakes indeed. This line reliably produces aberrant specimens with extreme variability in patterns and color.
Some years there are a few very exaggerated aberrations, and sometimes they are more subtle. They all have the possibility of producing new aberrations, and even the most normal looking ones are some of the best looking Hondos in the hobby.
The Crazy gene appears to be an incomplete dominant gene and first appeared in the late 1990s. As the genetics are not the result of a simple recessive trait, aberrancies can be more or less pronounced, and they produce some of the most spectacular patterns and colors. You never know what you are going to get with each clutch.... stripe, reverse stripe, pattern less, anaconda, reverse anaconda, blairs saddles, vanishing, reverse bands, strange aberrancies and combinations thereof!
The 3rd photo is the mother and the 4th is one of the first Crazy Line albinos ever.

***Delivery to St. John, Moncton, Charlottetown leaves tomorrow.***The most beautiful baby Netherland dwarf bunny rabbits are in Montreal. A little drive, but worth the trip! Delivery is also available for your convenience.
We show our rabbits at ARBA ( American Rabbit Breeder Association) shows. We were the only breeder of purebred Netherland dwarfs, Holland lops, mini rex, and lionheads to fly from Quebec or Ontario to Reno, Nevada last year, to show rabbits at the ARBA Annual Convention and our Netherland dwarfs won in their classes!
We are specialized in breeding top-quality Netherland dwarfs and have produced over 10 grand champions thus year alone. Our orange Netherland dwarf buck was the BEST orange male entered with 90 oranges competing at the 99th ARBA annual Convention in Reno, Nevada. Another senior buck was 5th. Our orange senior does came 2nd and 4th, Junior doe was 3rd. In fawns, our fawn senior doe was 2nd. Our fawn senior bucks were 3rd and 5th. Our broken junior orange buck was 4th. Do not be fooled by the competition: the best orange, fawn, and broken Netherland dwarfs in Canada are in Montreal!
Ready to go now: orange, fawn, broken chestnut, broken fawn, broken opal, broken lilac tortoiseshell and rare harlequin, and very rare tri-colored Netherland dwarf babies.
We have four dwarf breeds of bunnies. The Netherland dwarf is one of the smallest breeds and 1.5 to 3 lbs on average. Is has a short, cobby body, rounded head and short ears. The mini rex is perhaps the most playful and extroverted, with short, plush, hypoallergenic. It most ressembles a cat or dog in temperament. (Please note that this breed is not *guaranteed* to not cause allergies. Allergy testing is your best bet if you have doubts about getting any pet.) Our mini rex typically weigh 2.5 to 3.5 lbs.The lionhead is a dwarf rabbit with a long mane around its neck and some longer fur on its rump, resembling a lion. It has a great temperament. Finally, the Holland lop is the smallest of all the lop-eared ( hanging ear) breeds, and usually very calm.
All our rabbits are lovingly raised in our home with 4 kids, cat, and dog, and are handled daily which allows them to be socialized and used to household noises. Our rabbits are all friendly and are litter- trained or started litter -training. They are dewormed, treated for fleas, ticks, and mites and get a preventative treatment for coccidiosis.
Also ready to go:
Vienna carrier Holland lop girls: black tortoiseshell (caramel), magpie, orange.Mini rex: chocolate and black harlequin, red, fox, black tortoiseshell chocolate chinchilla.
Lionheads: blue-eyed white, himalayan, vienna carrier blue with single mane, double-maned blue, chocolate, and fawn with BLUE EYES.
Prices start at 50 for babies and up, depending on the breed and color. Some adults available from 40.
New cages and complete starter kits are available. Used cages also available.
Please do NOT buy a bunny impulsively. A bunny is 8 to 12 years of responsibility. It is a loving, sentient creature and is not for you to dispose after your child(ren) get bored of it. We will always take back our bunnies if you can no longer care for them (conditions apply). Please do not abandon them in a park or at the SPCA.

**For more information and faster responses please go to the Ivy Sands Hedgehogs Facebook page**
This is Blizzard, he is 3 months old and looking for a new home.
He was returned to us by his original owners due to a biting problem and although neither us nor any of the other people we have introduced Blizzard to have recieved any bites, he will only be going to either a home experienced with hedgehogs or extensive experience with other exotic pets. I will be asking about this in detail.
For all the time that we’ve had him he’s been a very easy going boy, he will throw the occasional huff, and he’s very active as most babies are. An ideal home for him would be someone who is very well versed in hedgehog behaviour, or who has experience learning behaviours of other exotic animals. He is not a hedgehog that should have his boundaries pushed a lot, as biting is a behaviour only excibited in hedgehogs who are under high stress.
I am not in a rush to rehome him and I am going to be very picky about where he goes. The same adoption process that we go through with our other babies will be applied to Blizzard.
If he goes to a home on the island he will come with his cage, as well as a few of his other belongings.
Shipping within the maritimes is available at buyers expense through East Coast Exotics (approx $30)
Adoption fee is $100.

We have a small animal rescue, with two guinea pigs currently in search of their forever home. Their care was neglected in the past, however they are now healthy and just need someone who is willing to work with them to keep their nails trimmed.
There is a $70 rehoming fee for a pair. They come with whatever hay/food/treats that are left at the time of pickup. You can also purchase an appropriately sized cage from us for an additional $60 (2x4 c&c cage) if needed.
Please include answers to the following questions in your reply.
1. What will their diet consist of in your care?
2. What size enclosure do you intend to keep them in?

Are you looking to buy a bird? If so here are some tips that may save you some disappointment. These tips mainly apply to the parrot species but can apply to all species.
1 - Ask lots of questions about the breeder. This will allow you to determine if they are a viable breeder.
2 - Ask if the bird is tame. Most parrot species of birds, once past a certain age, cannot be tamed.
3 - Ask for proof of age. Mainly if the bird banded. Without a leg band you only have the seller's word on the age.
4 - Ask to see the bird more than once. This will not only allow you to confirm the above answers but will also give you time to get to know the bird.
5 - Check other ads for pricing to determine if the seller is price gouging.
6 - If you don't get satisfactory answers then don't deal with that breeder.
