We can each have our own room, or else we could put bunk beds in the one bedroom and then we make the other bedroom a second den with a television and cool sectional for entertaining. I just ask that the base be turned off on all entertainment systems. I'd also consider at a higher rate of about $1000/month to have just one roommate and then we'd each have our own tv room for entertainment and our own bathrooms for storing our personal items. A final option being that I take one of the other rooms and rent the master suite with a private bathroom, including a tub for a negotiated rate. Our unit has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and an awesome elevator! No more stairs! This is one of the only places in Lethbridge that has an elevator and is in a safe new area. We're located near the West side Safeway with great bedroom window views of the West side fields. There's gorgeous walking paths and parks for your enjoyment. We're close to the highway if you need to travel to Calgary and with easy travel to the University. The University is less than 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bicycle.
