I am a CERTIFIED personal & strength and conditioning COACH with a DEGREE in Physical Education and Sports Science from Erasmus University in Brussels (Belgium).
Before coaching, I was a PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE at the Belgian Athletics Federation and won several national and international titles. I became a NATIONAL COACH 8 years ago in the current EUROPEAN CHAMPION club (Royal Excelsior Sports Club).
Thanks to athletics, I TRAVELED WORLDWIDE and learned many technical aspects and visions from different countries. I met & trained with WORLD & OLYMPIC CHAMPIONS, such as the legendary MIKE POWELL, WORLD RECORD holder in the long jump.
