Hello, i am breaking my lease early because I have purchased a home & the property Owners have asked me to find tenants for the unit I am in. This is not a Sublet situation, once there is a new tenant that is approved by the property owners they will be signing a mutual agreement with me to end my tenancy.
Ok now about the apartment, it’s a 2 Bedroom ground level apartment with a large patio. Rent is 1950.00 a month which includes a parking spot, heat and hot water (broiler), token operated laundry and pet friendly!
No smoking permitted on property.
Newly renovated including new appliances, master bedroom is very large and 2nd bedroom is a decent size as well and Nice deep bathtub !
This building only have 14 units and everyone is very respectful of each other in all my years of renting I have never experienced such a nice environment to live.
The Patio is butted up against the back ally which leads to the garbage cans only so minimal traffic, beside the patio is a little gravel area that is also yours to fiddle with, some of the other tenants have made little flower beds. This building particularly is mostly adults .. I’m the one with the noisy kids ha but this is a family friendly building and the neighbour’s have been super understanding of the kid noise and love seeing the young family in their building.
