In the early 90s I charted a song top 10 in the UK... it's a long story for another time. But, it might be time to do that again. :-)
If you love Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush, Depeche Mode, U2, Thomas Dolby, XTC, Sting, Yello, Kraftwerk, or other great 80s euro-pop then we have similar inspirations. I play a lot of instruments though not an expert at any. I have a lot of electronic gear in particular, including an early Mini Moog.
Whether you're a singer with an unusual voice, song writer, musician, or whatever... feel free to reach out.

I'm over 60 but love to jam. Mostly rock 70's to 2000's. No tunes we've done 500 times ok?
Nothing serious ( yet ) Create our own medley. Just need jam room. Will chip in $ to rent space.

We're two dudes who play music. A year ago we were part of a misfit garage band and we'd like to mix that back in.
We play Nirvana, Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Reel Big Fish, White Stripes, we work on some of our own stuff, and we're fairly open. If you want to do hip-hop inspired Johnny Cash covers, let's jam and see what the Beastie Cowboys can pull off.
Hit me up on here and we'll put a quick set together and see where it goes.

Drummer Available
I have years of experience playing live gigs and recordings.
My main music background is rock and classic rock (from the 50s to 2000s).
Although, I’ve played and recorded in different bands and genres like country, blues and gospel.
I do play rithm acoustic guitar and I venture with backing vocals.
I’m mainly looking for a solid project/band. I love practices, rehearsals and recording, but my passion is being on the stage playing live gigs.
Check out some of my videos on YouTube.
https://youtube.com/@ordinarydrummer3546
Mind you… I’m not a YouTuber. The videos are just a hobby of mine.

Anybody else want to do stuff like this, or am I the only one?
I need fearless musicians who don't care - otherwise, we will *never* showcase it anywhere. This is a statement and a life's work as a human on this planet. I'm tired of conforming and making musical widgets for people who couldn't give a sit in the first place. I need brave musicians and artists who don't give a duck and will rip like it's Massey Hall. Otherwise, I can't be bothered to nurse fellow musicians to be fierce. I'm looking for passion and skill at their craft ( you don't have to be virtuosos, you need to be confident in who you are), the money and gigs will follow from there. I'm not being delusional, flippant or in any way disrespectful. We just got to let "our musical people" hear us and answer. I'm no longer in the game to make everyone else comfortable. If I end up doing this alone on youtube for the rest of my life, that's cool too. I cannot endure another cautious musician. It literally robs me of happiness and drains the will to live out of me, having to stay in the lane other musicians consider "safe". One more round of "Sweet Child Of My Copper Head Road With Sally's Mustang" will kill me.

Looking to join or form a band. Rock, punk, metal, ska I have a lot of influences and can adapt. My band of 5 years recently split up and I'm looking to get back into the scene. I know a bass player and a singer if you're a drummer looking to get something together, but I'm also open to starting something from scratch. I have original compositions too, can do covers or work on original songs.
Some of my influences: Megadeth, Death, Scorpions, The Misfits, Ozzy/Sabbath, The Police, Sublime, Maiden/Judas Priest, Zeppelin etc, etc..

Hello,
My name is Ryan Mazerolle.
I am the guitar player from Before The Dinosaurs from Moncton New-Brunswick.
We have been nominated for awards(Music NB), received around $10 000 dollars in grants provided by Music NB, have music on Sirius XM and have been spun on radio at least 150 times (they don't tell you when you get spun on radio most of the time. So it's hard to calculate.)We also have over 40, 000 (I believe, over 30, 000 for sure) views, streams ect... that spans from several platforms.
I have a side project called The Stray Jackals, it's something I am doing to refine my songwriting skills.
I have many originals already. However, I want to write songs for an experienced and talented female singer who deserves the work ethic of an experienced musician to begin a completely unique sound for the Maritimes. Mixing a female vocalist in what I already have written as well would add a completely new dynamic to the material. What I do with The Stray Jackals is completely separate from what Before The Dinosaurs is. So do not expect to walk into a project with high expectations of that type of credentials. this is a ground zero project. That means there is a really good chance to create great stuff and musically emerge with strong music that can captivate people.
I am looking to do mostly alternative rock, folk, funk, psychedelic, electronic, pop, bluesy stuff.
I have to say that I have serious inquiries as well, as I am already working in the world of competitive songwriting.
I would love to hear from any well experienced woman! If you have any resume (recordings, demos, experience, secondary education ect...) this would be very helpful for me to give out an educated reply based off what I can work with.
Thank you for the read,
Ryan Mazerolle.
