Completely private villa in a very quiet area at 5 minutes walk from the Popy beach and the best restaurants and bars. The beach with turquoise waters and fine sand will delight you. The paved sidewalk will lead you to the village passing by the fishermen's market. Within walking distance is a private sports center with pickleball and soccer. Yoga and kite surfing schools are in the same neighborhood. The house is well equipped for telecommuting with desk, monitor and efficient wifi.

The villa has 3 large air-conditioned rooms with 2 double beds and 1 king size bed with private bathroom in each room and mosquito nets on each window.

Netflix and board games are available free of charge. Outside, there is a shower adjacent to the pool, free covered parking and a tropical garden. The house contains a laundry room with washing machine and clothesline. An inverter is installed in case of power failure. For your security and peace of mind, an alarm system and a safe are available in addition to a fence with sharp metal inserts.

À seulement une minute de marche de votre porte vous avez accès à la piscine chauffée, les terrains de tennis et de pickle ball, les BBQ et le Club House avec ses table de billards et de ping pong. Deux allées de Shuffle board sont aussi disponible près de la piscine. Le condo est près de l’ascenseur et il dispose d’un stationnement réservé près de a porte de l’immeuble, des stationnements pour les invités sont aussi disponibles. À 3.5km de la plage il est facile de s’y rendre en auto ou en vélo. Des chaises de plage, parasol et glacière sont disponibles dans le condo. Il est aussi facile d’accès par l’aéroport de Fort Lauderdale soit à seulement 20 minutes en voiture. La ville de Pompano Beach est une petite municipalité mais qui a investit beaucoup au cours des 3 dernières années afin de se doter d’un tout nouveau quai et de plusieurs très bons restaurants avec une vue imprenable sur l’océan, d’un stationnement multi-étage ou vous ne manquerez jamais de place et qui est adjacent à la plage. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 large screened balconies, facing south and the courtyard with trees and palm trees , third floor, close to the elevator. This 1200 square foot unit is located in a quiet and nice small complex. It’s all tiled up, no carpet and well furnished for your cooking needs. Being on the third floor means you have no neighbor above you and you have more privacy on the balconies. One minute walk from your door and you are either at the large heated pool surrounded by lounge chairs and tables, the grill or the tennis court. If you prefer pickle ball you’ll surely find partners to play with since the community is active and welcoming or we have a shuffle board court just beside the pool. The clubhouse has two pool tables and one ping-pong table as well as a sauna. You have one parking close to the door and guess parking are available too. The condo is located at 2 miles from the beach so it's a very short drive or you can also take a bike ride. Beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, tennis racket and bike are all included with the condo. Pompano Beach is a small town and quiet but they invested a lot in the recent years in a new fishing pier, many very good restaurants with awesome ocean view, ice cream and fudge place and a new garage parking with a lot of space available just beside the beach. The beaches are always clean and it’s easy to find quiet spot to relax while listening to the ocean waves. Publix grocery is in walkable distance as well as drugstore, Dunkin Donuts and a few restaurants as the Calypso for very good seafood. We’d like to rent the condo for the winter season but the condo is not available for Christmas and New Year weeks. The price is 3400 US $ /month, all included, internet too.

Our beach house is oceanfront and very well equipped. We are located in the quiet fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, just north of Bucerias. Only 30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta. we are in a private community of La Puntilla with 19 homes and 24 hour security. Very limited availability as we stay here most of the winter. Lomas del Sol is located in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico, only 15 minutes drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
Lomas Del Sol is a residential condominium in the exclusive area of Riviera Nayarit with private access and security twenty-four hours, seven days a week.
The house has two fully furnished levels. The main level has a living room with two sofas and two chairs. The dining room has a round table with four chairs; the kitchen is fully equipped with enough utensils to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you wish, along with a breakfast bar and another four chairs.
The main level has a half bathroom and utility room with a washing machine for the guests' needs.
The upper floor has three rooms. The main room has a full bathroom, a king-size bed, two wardrobes and a balcony with an exterior view of the condo. There are also two smaller bedrooms with double beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway for the smaller bedrooms.
The rooms all have ceiling fans and air conditioners. The living room has one air conditioner in front of the kitchen and two ceiling fans, one in the dining room and one in the living room. The house runs with solar panels, harnessing energy from Nuevo Vallarta's wonderful sun every day.
The beds have everything you need to sleep comfortably (sheets, blankets and pillows), and the bathroom is supplied with towels and toilet paper. You can also find an iron with an ironing board and a hair dryer.
The house gets a complete deep cleaning before a guest enters to start their vacation.
There are large green common areas and two playgrounds for children from 2 to 8 years old. The condo also has two pools with their wading pool and palapas with chairs and grills to make a delicious BBQ.
The house counts four bikes and a BBQ. The rent includes electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and cable. You will not have surprise extra payments at the end of your stay.

Comme vous pourrez le constater sur le site ci-joint, il est à proximité de tout. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour agréable (nous avons même ajouté cette année 1 Air Fry double, 1 cafetière Nespresso, 1 BBQ électrique, 2 chaises de plage et 1 parasol). My condo is in Los Pelicanos, a small, gated complex with 24hr security. Each room has a KING bed, ENSUITE, individual remote-controlled A/C, ceiling fan and blackout blinds. There are 3 bathrooms, one center bath for convenience and your guests. The living room has a 40 SMART TV (no TV/cable) and a BOSE Mini Soundlink II - Bluetooth. The condo is fully equipped with all amenities from blenders to sun shelters and everything in-between. Some of the highlights are a Cuisinart Panini press /griddle, the “rock” deep electric fry pan, Heritage non stick fry pan, marine grade stainless steel propane BBQ, hot air popper, Cuisinart blender and food processor and G2 cutlery- and all the cutlery matches, as do the pots- PC copper-bottom. I don't think anyone wants crappy kitchenware even if you are not planning on cooking . It is stocked with the regular stuff: drinking water, spices, coffee, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, hand and body soap, toilet paper, paper towel, first aid kit and some wines too and much more; though you’ll have to replace whatever you run out of. I don’t “re-stock”, but I doubt you’ll run out, unless your stay is more than 1 month. Even then, there is a pantry loaded with Costco size stuff.
You do not need a car, but I have a private parking stall. Everything is within walking distance: Mega, the NEW Select Chedraui is one block area, Walmart and of course the beach! There is a rolly cart for your use.
Across the street there is a public fitness park with a running track, soccer field, 2 tennis courts, basketball, and racquetball courts as well. It is all FREE to use. If you are a runner or fitness buff, the rubber track is a nice addition.
The complex is in a residential area; please expect normal residential living noise.
Playa del Carmen is 45 minutes south of Cancun airport and extremely easy to get to by bus (cheap) or cab/shuttles, or I do pick-up as well. I can help you with anything you need.

All rooms are ocean view. Booking possible in July/August, 2023 up to 4 people (1 king and queen Murphy bed) for 7 nights (CAD$2500) at a Studio room of Grand Solmar Lands End Resort near Cabo San Lucas Marina (walking distance) and el arco. Every room has a fully equipped kitchen (except an oven).
All inclusive option is available for an extra fee, but this place is located near Marina with lots of restaurants and bars, many cheaper good meal options are available. Also, there are Costco and Walmart, you can go grocery shopping to cook for yourself and buy cheap beer at a convenience store nearby to save.

Comme vous pourrez le constater sur le site ci-joint, il est à proximité de tout. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour agréable (nous avons même ajouté cette année 1 Air Fry double, 1 cafetière Nespresso, 1 BBQ électrique, 2 chaises de plage et 1 parasol). Si vous craignez le bruit…pas de problème la chambre est munie d’une fenêtre anti-bruit pour un sommeil profond. Si vous êtes intéressé, communiquez avec moi en privé pour des prix avantageux.
