We are located in a Quaint beach Town of Vero Beach Florida. The closest major Airport is Orlando1 & 1/2 hr by car. The condo is in a Wonderful neighborhood, located only 3 miles across the Indian River to the Beautiful empty beaches of the Atlantic Coast. The complex is like a resort! Fitness room, 2 pool tables, Racket ball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, and the best part is the HEATED SALT WATER POOL! 26-27c in winter. The grounds are immaculately kept as well as the pool. The condo has a king heavenly bed and we have just installed a wall of cabinets with a desk. We have very high speed internet, cable and Smart TV. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in beautiful Bahama Bay Resort, Davenport, Florida, 10 minutes drive from Disney World, Sea World and close to all other attractions.
The master and second bedrooms contain Queen-size beds, the third bedroom has twin beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room, in total sleeping a maximum of 6. The living room and master bedroom each lead onto their own balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub.
The master bedroom en-suite bathroom contains a bath, while the second bathroom has a generous walk-in shower. The washing machine and dryer make any amount of laundry an effortless task.

Park Model in a 55+ Adult Community called Orangewood Shadows RV Resort in Mesa Arizona. This park model is very comfortable. The park is very friendly, very clean and very well manicured and maintained. The management takes great pride in the appearance of the park and keeps it well maintained. The park does not allow pets. The park model has all the required needs, fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge, stove, microwave, bedding for the queen bed and the hide-a-bed pull out in the front room, television, internet can be activated for wi-fi, barbecue outside on the patio, outdoor table and chairs. shed, covered car pad and patio area. There are also 2 orange trees on the property. It is available on a monthly basis and preferably consecutive months in a row at US$2000.00 per month. The electrical bill, internet and TV cable, if you so choose, are the only added expenses and is your responsibility.
