Great little boat for a tender. Used this for 5 years. Sold my boat. Stored for the last 6 years, anticipating getting another boat. Changed my mind. Good condition, will accept a sail kit, however, I do not have one. Oar locks are good, oars are not. I used a small minnkota trolling motor. Ad will be immediately removed when sold.

24 foot with an excellent running, low milage 4.3 V6 vortex, 4 bbl edelbrock carb and intake. Mercruiser alpha1 one gen one out drive, with a brand new prop and shift cable. Fairly economical, I have never used more than 5 gallons on a daily outing.
Completely redone , stringers, flotation foam, transom, deck etc. needs a little interior finishing, but I have been using it as is.
Asking 3500$ for boat or 4500$ with home made trailer with new tires and break away setup. Will trade for something of same value. Jeep, car, trailer sailor, truck ,even a good lawn tractor.
Please realize, i am asking 3,500, not 35,000 so it's not spotless, but a good solid boat.. Last two pictures are from when I started refit.

Our RV Park offers a generous site size in which most have a view of the ocean. We have a decent beach and the waters are very warm for swimming. Boating and water sports are popular: ie canoe, kayak, jet ski, etc. A ramp to the beach allows for easy transport from your site to the water. The Cape John Marina is just 10 mins away, while other necessities are just minutes way. New for 2026 is a new Pickleball court and our half kilometer walking trail.
Our RV Park is intended for people who are not really interested in an extreme party atmosphere like so many campgrounds. However, we do like to have fun and we have fun events throughout the season.
