The manual collection, removal and sorting of waste may be required as part of the position, and as such the position may include physical exertion, such as heavy lifting, pushing and pulling.

• Must possess a valid driver’s licence (Class 5) and provide a current driving record from the Registry of Motor Vehicles (driver abstract) and have at least 4 years driving experience in Canada, having experience driving a larger vehicle is a bonus;

• Reports to the collision center manager and production manager

• Assure that each vehicle is in position that a complete and accurate damage appraisal is possible and that any needed disassembly is accomplished to capture 100 % of broken parts the first time
• Inspect the vehicle for damage to the structure, sheet metal, mechanical, electrical, glass, dash lights and interior components and necessary refinishing to bring the vehicle to pre-accident condition
• Note any non-collision damage or maintenance issues that may need repair (prior damage)
• Specify all needed repair operations, replacement parts, labour operations and/or sublet operations to be performed. 100% of what we do, 100% of the time
• Review current estimating guide procedures pages to assure that all needed but not included operations and parts or materials are specified, review all pictures, mark properly, take the time to tell the story of the repair, document and justify each repair to image desk (add notes, document)

• Communicate with the CSR, customer, insurance adjuster, image desk as needed to obtain approval for the repair (sell the repair) get commitment (schedule in date)

Overview
Reporting to the general manager, the Wall Panel Designer / Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that wall panels for pre-fabrication are designed and drafted to meet customer requirements and expectations, as well as, monitoring the production process to ensure ‘Quality Control’ and the high service standard goals of the company.
Role Responsibilities:
• Perform quantity takeoffs for wood framing.
• Prepare estimates and quotes for all design projects.
• Receive and process change orders, review with client before approval.
• Prepares preliminary design sketches.
• Use of panel design software to do wall panel layout and design.
• Reviews designs, specifications, alterations, cost estimates and that quality control checks are completed at appropriate stages within the project follow through to final approval.
• Meet with clients and/or engineers to discuss the customer requirements, expectations and budget on all projects as required.
• Ordering of all materials in a timely manner to ensure production remains efficient.Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in CET, AET or CMT program.
• Experience with wood framing, estimating, CAD and design software considered an asset.
• Ability to read shop drawings.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work effectively independently.
• WHMIS an asset.

Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife. Other experience in construction field would be an asset.Requirements:
