A great fixed keel boat made in Ontario. The cabin is especially great for a taller person as it is a rare sailboat that they can stand in. I bought it and did minor repairs, cleaning, and cosmetic upgrades to get it ready for the water but my local marinas dont have a lift to put it in the water; my misfortune is your gain. I purchased it without a motor so it does not come with a motor. Sails are in very good condition. Mast is also in good condition. Stored in a barn for the past few years. Motor: 1980 Evinrude 30HP two-stroke outboard. Tested and running well.
Hull: Classic Giesler handcrafted cedar strip construction. It has an older fiberglass coating on the bottom, creating a convenient "no-soak" hull.
Trailer: 2000 ShoreLand’r.
It shows normal cosmetic weathering for its age but is structurally solid with no leaks.

Hot/cold water to shower and both kitchen and bathroom sinks with toilet pump out from one section of pontoon. Filtered water to kitchen sink and filtered ice maker in freezer. Cedar walls throughout except in main bedroom and bathroom. Walk around and front deck. BBQ excluded. Dishes, pots pans, glassware, cutlery, bedding, furnishings all included.
