Hi, looking for responsible, nature loving, tidy outdoor and camping loving person, couple, or small family to rent a spot on our private lot on Lake Superior, 40 minutes from Sault Ste. Marie. Spring through fall. Close to many beaches. Must have own camper trailer, tent or van for accommodation and your own generator for power. Outhouse available. Short term, long term, weekend, weekly, monthly, negotiable rent depending on the situation. Gate for locking at road. Rocky beach, amazing sunsets, glorious night skies, gorgeous parklike setting. Very private. Artist's and Photographer's dream location! Fire pit by the lake. Not suitable for motorboats due to the rocks, but bring your canoes, kayaks, etc. Room to park your motor boat, however, you would have to use one of the boat launches in the area to access the lake. Lots of trails for hiking or biking. Amazing underwater views while swimming. Just need water shoes and goggles. Pets welcome. NO HUNTERS!
Thank you kindly. Serious enquiries only. Rude or nasty replies will be deleted with no response. Must have own insurance. More photos and information to be uploaded soon.

I want to raise muscovy ducks for meat and eggs, keeping only breeding minimum over the winter. Rabbits on pasture also if it makes sense and seems worthwhile.
2 acres residential including the house, but currently still covered in low value timber that will provide an easy opportunity to plant a pasture seed mix when trees are removed. The land also has a natural low area that could easily be dug for pond so I am very keen on the duck idea.
My three year plan is to convert the entire space into pasture forage area for meat and eggs with fruit trees and shrubs.
I would like to create the duck coop this summer and decide on a pasture seed mix to be prepared for having the first birds in 2026.
Some of the main questions revolve around animal welfare for winter, and predator pressure for the N. Bay area. I hope that ducks can remain on pasture for the entire spring and summer with just a portable poultry tractor for overnight shelter and have that inside electric poultry fence to free range all day. Rabbits might compliment this setup also so I would like to consider that into the plans if it can be simple.
Photos show the low pond area and all of the cleared space planted with fruit. Considering pasture seed mix for all future tree clearing areas to provide better forage for 2 acre livestock.
Comments and ideas welcome.
Thanks for reading!

Good evening, Even though in-person lessons are much better, I'm offering online sessions as well. Look forward to talking with you!
My name is Dearian Seepersad, I'm a Music Teacher, Performer, and Composer. For the last 5 years I've been performing all over the GTA, including: festivals; pride, multi-cultural, afro-fest, private functions, restaurants, bars, and producing my local show while producing tracks for local Toronto artists. This year, I'm building my independent music school from my home studio. (Big Project!) Too often, I hear about beginner students horror stories about learning in the classical vein or the lack of purpose in general lesson plans. My focus is to create a unique lesson plan for each student to maximize efficiency while incorporating my teaching style into the plan. I incorporate musical expression, technique, and theory into each lesson while taking we've learnt and reworking it into something original. Composition being the ultimate goal; as we learn a lot quicker thinking for ourselves. There are no limitations, I've taught and performed in many genres: Classical, Jazz, Rock,Pop,Reggae, Blues, Hip-hop, Gospel, Fusion, the list goes on... So who am I? I'm a 24 year old musician who's extremely passionate about ALL music. - Completed 3 years Mohawk College Applied Music program. - 5 years teaching experience. (Includes leading band rehearsal and performances) - Developed and promoted shows - Constantly studying the scripts of the great classical composers. - Most important: Patient and Understanding. The lessons I'm offering are: Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, Recording, and Drums. We will discuss: Structure (Form), Harmony, Melody, Counterpoint, Sight-reading and Improvisation while meeting the technical demands of instrument.
Each lesson will be 30 - 45 minutes with the option to have the lesson at your location/home. My rates are fair and negotiable. We all have our lives and circumstances going on; it's okay. Feel free to respond to this ad, call or text: 647-294-0493. (I'm quite busy, if you text the instrument you wish to learn, I'll call as soon as I'm available)
Thanks for reading, I hope we chat soon! "Music is the mediator between the spiritual and sensual life" - Ludwig Van Beethoven.

Is building your own furniture stressing you out? I'm here to help!
Broken or missing pieces? I’ve got you covered.
Lost instructions? No problem.
Outside the “we can build it for you” service area? I’m in Cantley, ready to assist.
You've tried building your dresser and have resorted to throwing it our a moving vehicle while yelling profanities? Um. I can try... do you want a coffee or something?
I can assemble most "build it yourself" furniture and repair or reinforce older pieces. Let me handle it! I've been restoring and fixing all types of furniture for 10 years, and have seen pretty much everything!
Pricing starts at $30—much less than mainstream services—and we’ll agree on a price before I start. We are currently accepting drop-offs, conveniently located off Des Erables and Ste. Elisabeth 5 minutes from Alonzo bridge in South Cantley Same-day service is available.
