Experienced Servers at Red Bay Lodge consistently earn $20-$35/hour in tips plus their base hourly wage - we're in desperate need of more patio servers as we open each night of summer (with live music every night). Evening serving shifts are typically 3 to 4 hours & are not late nights.
In the BOH we pay a minimum of $19/hour & up to mid $2Xs for leaders in the kitchen. We have full time hours but are totally open to 1 to 2 days a week for the right experienced help.
Coming up to the Bruce Peninsula? If you can commit to us a minimum of 16 shifts (2 consecutive midweek nights per week each week of summer) & are an experienced kitchen leader we can offer complimentary accommodations for the middle night to better attract out of town employees.
