I need some plumbing (shark bites), installing lights, installing trim and quarter round, installing 3 doors, installing countertop and cabinet and fixing small portion of vinyl laminate floor. I have now had one contractor who said job was done and it wasn’t and others who came and wanted 50 percent of money. Two came twice and never came back after getting some money. The last one just never showed up. Please only respond if you intend on working. Please do not respond if you expect a down payment. I am only willing to pay now for the job as it is completed. I would like to get the work done during the holidays as I am on vacation. I would also need you to pick up some of the materials which I will pay for.
