Each room rental includes utilities, internet, parking, laundry, and weekly cleaning of common areas. We have recently upgraded to Starlink internet for the fastest speeds available.
There are private rooms for up to 10 tenants. Each room has it's own key, a sink and vanity, closet, adjustable baseboard heating, window, blinds, and a ceiling fan. All rooms are furnished with a single bed, dresser, desk, and office chair. Students share bathrooms, kitchen, and living amenities.
