Basically brand new. Full queen mattress. 38 feet long, 7000lb dry weight. We bought it in 2019, lived in it for a couple months while building a house and its been winterized and stored since. Beautiful trailer, 3 tvs, we added one to the master bedroom. Only ever pulled it once to regina for a recall and to get winterized. Was rodent proofed, paint protected, and has full warranty extended to 10 years. The original sticker on this trailer was 60,000, before the extended warranties and protections.
