Rent to Own

Whatever your reasons may be, know that it is possible to get you where you want.
The program consists of designing a custom built home according to your budget, needs and style preferences in which you will reside in under a rent-to-own agreement, until you have saved up enough money for your downpayment and closing costs (6.2% of the total purchase price for first time buyers). Once this amount has been reached, at your own pace, with no fixed amount of money or term, the rent-to-own agreement dissolves and the purchase can take place.
The process is actually very simple, we determine eligibility based on income and credit rating, by submitting a very quick application to our mortgage broker who will come up with a financial plan for you to follow, if you happened to not be where you need to quite yet.
The successful applicant should have a credit rating in the 650's and a minimum family income of 65K.
