This timeshare includes 10,000 points yearly(equal to at least one week at any of the 4000 resorts worldwide, as well as access to discount travel through one of three other programs. Cruises, flights, etc. New memberships are $5000-$10,000. Asking $2500 + $315 transfer/activation fee. obo
RCI – is a point’s based system where you receive 10,000 points annually and can purchase as many points as you want for $0.02 per point. RCI is the biggest exchange system (timeshare) in the world, they have 4,000 resorts worldwide and you can book them using your points. The nice thing about points is that you are not limited to only booking a week; you can book individual days all the way up to 21 nights for one transaction fee. You can log onto their system at www.rci.com or call them at 1-877-968-7476.
7Across – is another exchange system, however they trade a week for a week. How you would do that is book a week through RCI at Paradise Canyon (recommend November week). Now that you own a physical week at your home resort you can trade it with 7Across and they give you a week that can be booked anytime of the year and is good for 3 years. ICE – is a great program if you are looking to go on a cruise, we signed you up for a 10 year membership with them that you can upgrade to a lifetime membership if you would like to through ICE. West Tours & Travel (WTT) – is our online travel agency at Paradise Canyon. We use the travel agency to fill in the gaps of what RCI, DAE, and ICE can’t do. Stunning Golf Course and Mountain Views - Perfect Location! A Golfer's Dream
This spacious 2200 square ft 3 bedroom and 3 bath home is located in a private gated golf course community. Situated on the 5th hole Par 3, the views from tee to green are spectacular. Watch golfers on the 4th hole hit balls into the water while being mesmerized by the water fountain. The back yard is W facing and offers stunning views of sunsets over the chocolate San Jacinto mountain range. There are 2 Master suites with private baths and a 3rd room with 2 twin beds and adjacent bath. The outside area features a salt water Spa and Pool, LED in spa/pool lighting, dolphin fountain and plenty of space to soak up the Sun.
There is a built in natural gas (no need to refill tanks) American Outdoor Grill with Broiling Back-burner and rotisserie and a single side burner.
The outside patio set can comfortably seat 6 for outdoor eating and there is a sun umbrella that can be used both at the eating area or in the pool to provide some shade on those hot sunny days.
If you feel like socializing the Club fitness Center and community pool are just minutes away and still located within the gates of Indian Springs Country Club.

It's a very natural, quiet and healty place for vacation and living.
It offers everything.... delicious food, hiking, swimming, relaxing, skiing (in the winter), and many outdoor activities, shopping in breathtaking cities, markets, and other attraction not to far away.
Beautiful cozy private cottage with 2 sleeping areas, 1 bathroom, kitchen.Next airport would be Milan (1.5 hour) /Zuerich (2.5 hour). From there you can rent a car or go by bus.
