Modern grain farm seeking team leader to work closely with farm management.
The successful applicant will work closely with the farm manager to lead and manage daily operations of a 17,000 acre grain farm with irrigation.
Duties include: Coordinating, assigning, supervising and participating in farm operations. Including planting, pest control, harvest, irrigation, transportation, and maintenance.
Assist in developing procedures and practices.
Manage and supervise daily farm activities.

Duties would include all aspects of farming and cattle work. Everything from seeding to harvest and fixing equipment to feeding and sorting cattle.
There will be long days and weekend work during the busy times.

Farm is located approximately an hour southwest of Swift Current SK

- hauling water to sprayer, land rolling, picking rocks, haying, maintenance to yard and buildings ,etc
- Working around ,checking livestock, maintaining fence feeding and handling livestock
-Depending on your experience /skills you could work with grain more than livestock or vice versa or both
- Must be physically fit as some jobs require manual / physical labour
- Must be willing to work long hours in busy seasons

Farm Help Wanted
We are looking Seasonal farm help on our farm located in west-central Saskatchewan just north of Beechy. We are a family-owned modern grain farm operation growing durum, lentils, spring wheat, flax, and canola.
Wage is dependent on previous farm experience, mechanical ability, and class of driver’s license. Class 5 license is required. Class 1A license is an asset and would be compensated for within wage.
Looking for applicants with positive attitudes that are team players, able to work independently, self-motivated, reliable, and punctual. Good communication skills are important.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in yard operations, transportation of seed, fertilizer, and chemicals to the field.
• Operation of all farm equipment and transport trucks.
• Maintenance, repair, and cleanup of equipment.
• General shop work.
