This is a private, physically separate, casita with a large, covered patio and an outdoor kitchen. The property is quiet, secure and just a short walk to the beach or a quick bus or cab ride into town.
Designed as a geodesic dome, this casita has a high ceiling and a spacious "not square shoebox" feeling. It is approximately 300 sq ft. (28m2) inside. There are fans as well as air conditioning.

Located on a 3 mile stretch of pristine golden beach, the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort is steps from the ocean, features pools, restaurant and bar services, and daily activities. There is chaise seating at both the pool and on the beach, with towel and bar service. There is a well marked and lifeguarded ocean swimming area. A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.
Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. Aux environs à quelques minutes de marche des parcs aquatiques, transports en commun et près de tous les commerces et magasins de grandes surfaces.
Le locataire a accès à tout le logement ainsi qu'aux services sur le site.
Nous avons une voiture 7 passagers (Grand Caravan) de disponible pour une location avec un stationnement inclut. Le prix sera à discuter selon le nombre de jours de location.
Un service de ménage est inclus pour les 15 premiers jours de location. Chaque tranche supplémentaire de 15 jours, un montant de 1500$ (pesos MXN) vous sera demandé pour le service de ménage et ce OBLIGATOIREMENT et payable AVANT l’entrée au logement.
