REGISTER HERE: https://edensgate.ca/landing/trauma-to-transformation-free-workshop
Everything you need to transform your life is already within.
Ever since you were born, you've been constructing a version of yourself that has simultaneously been trying to keep you safe while keeping you trapped. Every trauma (whether big or small) at every age and stage of your life has triggered the development of specific limiting beliefs which serve only to keep you repeating the same patterns, over and over again, out of fear. Over time, they have come to form a large part of your identity, your ego, and it's this which - time and time again - resists the change and transformation you both desire and deserve.
But there is a way to beat the ego and beat the trauma at their own game, and that's by recognizing what they can do to propel you forward. You see, the clues to your own healing, transformation, and personal and spiritual development rest in the traumas themselves, specifically, when they happened to you (your age), and all of the limiting beliefs and behaviours that they sparked and which prevent you from moving forward in whatever direction you desire to go. We will introduce you to Life Cycling, which is our unique transformational modality that blends spirituality, personal development, and mind-body exercises to help people overcome life's biggest obstacle - themselves.
In this workshop, you will learn how to do a rigorous personal inventory of the past AND present, engineer both your healing and personal development through powerful spiritual practices, and set a course that will lead you to not just change, but complete transformation, based on what it is you want to achieve.
WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?
In short, anyone who wants to...- LET GO of a bad habit
- replace being STUCK with being FREE
- stop spiraling DOWN and start spiraling UP
- STOP breaking promises to themselves
- make LASTING, TRANSFORMATIVE change (the kind that makes everyone wonder, "what the heck happened to them?")
- give themself a life they DESERVE (your very best life)
- replace FEAR with unmatched SELF-LOVE and CONFIDENCEWHAT DO YOU GET?
- Course workbook and all materials provided
- Free gift
- Refreshments
- Support and connection with a small group (only 10 participants per session)
- ANYTIME support following the workshop
- Access to private Facebook group

Join us at St Mary’s for a unique blend of exceptional jazz rooted in the context of meditation and prayer. Please join saxophonist and musician extraordinaire Ryan Oliver, pianist Tony Genge, bassist Louis Rudner, and drummer Kelby MacNayr, as they take us on a journey.
Evolving out of two ancient services of prayer as the sun is setting—vespers and compline—the service of Evensong is an opportunity to put the events of the past day into perspective, to ground one’s body, mind and spirit in preparation for the restorative night of sleep, when in our dreaming, our subconscious will continue the creative work of making sense of our experiences.
Whether you are a seasoned jazz lover or a newcomer to the genre, you will be sure to find something to speak to you at this unique and moving experience of making sense of your day. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of this inspiring and intimate celebration of faith and music. All are welcome!
A collection will be taken in support of this ongoing series.
