The room is unfurnished, there is lots of closet space -rent is $1000 all utilities included. First months rent and damage deposit required. Single occupancy only, no couples, no pets - non negotiable. There is a 4 foot crawl space for storage should you need.
This home will be shared with 1 female working professional. I, the home owner am in my early 30’s , outgoing , outdoorsy and Enjoy adventuring. I have 2 dogs and am hoping to find a dog lover.
I am looking for someone who is responsible, clean and respectful and will keep a tidy home.
