Our condominium is located inside a Golf community, one block from a beautiful yacht Marina. It has 24/7 security. There is a public beach entrance not too far from our complex. This condo it has been professionaly furnished and is impecable clean.
The area is very nice, close to shops, golf, restaurants, Puerto Vallarta's "malecón" (downtown's boardwalk), beaches etc. at a walking distance. It takes only 10 minutes to drive from the International airport. You can walk to the beach, it will take you about 15 minutes (or 3 minutes by taxi), it is one of the best and most safe areas in Puerto Vallarta!
We have a lovely pool inside our complex. This unit can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms comfortably (1 queen bed suite and 1 king bed suite) each with their own bathroom. It includes towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, etc., WIFI, 3 HD SMART TVs with cable and music channels. There is air conditioned in each room and a private washer and dryer you can use. There are many retirees living in our low density condominium complex every winter and they love it!
The rent for the entire condominium in the months of November to April is: $2850 US dollars per month (approximated $3700 CAD). The minimum term for this rental is 2 months. It is NON SMOKING condo. The park is very friendly, very clean and very well manicured and maintained. The management takes great pride in the appearance of the park and keeps it well maintained. The park does not allow pets. The park model has all the required needs, fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge, stove, microwave, bedding for the queen bed and the hide-a-bed pull out in the front room, television, internet can be activated for wi-fi, barbecue outside on the patio, outdoor table and chairs. shed, covered car pad and patio area. There are also 2 orange trees on the property. It is available on a monthly basis and preferably consecutive months in a row at US$1900.00 per month.
